So this is the third time I've been to this particular KFC. Horribly understaffed. People are standing around waiting to order their food and it's dinner hour . It's ridiculous. Always on Tuesday when they have their special. They're biggest mistake was closing a nearby KFC forcing people to go out of their way and wait. Normally I let it slide but sadly not today

The employees at this location are very racist and rude. They could definitely use some diversity training, a reality check, and maybe a lesson in basic human decency. Manners clearly didn’t make it to the staff meeting. Such a shame!!!

Asked for a meal and she charged each item separately. And I asked for a plain sandwich and it came with everything on it. Didn't get my sauces either. Horrible place
My husband ordered a family meal with chicken, mashed potatoes and mac&cheese. The food itself was good…what we actually got. He has also ordered chicken and waffles, as well as a famous bowl. When ordering, the person taking the order acted like my husband had worked there and knew the menu by heart, not asking what sides were wanted or if a meal was wanted. Once he got home, he noticed that the famous bowl and chicken and waffles were missing. Called the place, the person who answered was very snotty and acted like he was stupid. We did confirm where the chicken and waffles were, but she didn’t seem even slightly bothered that the famous bowl was missing, didn’t even say goodbye. Mind you, we were very polite on the phone. We usually have issues with them, but this was the last straw. Definitely going to a different one next time.

I ordered a 10 peice meal with extra crispy chicken they gave me greasy original recipe! mashed patatoes and gravy the gravy was water in a cup also cole slaw and biscuits were hard as a rock.the employees know they arent giving you what you order and the food is horrible and they don't care ! I will never buy food from this restaurant again ! and I don't suggest going here to anyone

I ordered two 3 piece tender meals with mashed potatoes and gravy with 2 side's of Coleslaw after waiting 30 minutes they brought the order I asked if there was mashed with gravy in the boxes Told yes. Drove 10 .miles home 1 meal had tenders with mashed the other had tenders and Coleslaw and 1 extra Coleslaw in a bag
