Ordered 4 tender meal. Got 3. Paid for 4. It is supposed to be original recipe and they were VERY spicy. Called no less than 6 times and there is no answer. There is no means to rectify their mistake other than returning to the store. Not a good look!

I bought the 20.00 5-piece bucket to bring home and when i got home and opened the bucket I saw the oldest, dried-up chicken. It was so dried up it was like chicken jerky. My family rejected it and my dog did too. And he will eat anything. I tried to call the KFC on route 31 in Liverpool, Ny but they don't pick up. I will never buy KFC Chicken ever again. It was horriable. What a waste of my 20.00.

Men's bathroom sink appeared never cleaned. tables also not clean. Cashier had to be reminded what the six pc meal included. Will not return. Food adequite.

This KFC was on Rte 31 in Liverpool. The food was fresh and the cashier was good. They were busy doing delivery orders so the actual customer in store service initially was slow. The place was very clean with plenty of parking.

Food and management went down hill. They just hire whomever with no etiquette. They don't give af. The whole staff need to be fired. Apparently, they cannot comprehend what you're saying because they messed up my order twice. Will never comeback!!!!

Food was ok. You can taste where it had been reheated or sitting under the warmer for a while staff was rude an cashier had an ugly attitude the whole time we were ordering. Looking at customers from head to tow and making ugly faces the whole time we were ordering. Never again will we ever go to this KFC especially if the cashier working tonight will be working.

We just went into Kentucky Fried Chicken. Every table was dirty. Nobody's in there nobody there, cleaning anything? The men's bathroom had no soap in it. So I would not recommend coming here. They can't even clean nothing when nobody's in there. The food was cold and I think it was just reheated from yesterday
I was just there I had a coupon for an 8pc. Meal for $18.99. I got 3 biscuits instead of 4, a drop of gravy( not even half of the container it was in). I also God apple pie poppers. They were squished, from the weight of my sides on top of them, they needed sugar on top. They definitely didn't look like the pictures. Never got a receipt!! It was on Rte 31 in liverpool ny. I was in about 3 pm on6/23/24.

Got chicken nuggets with fries and i asked for bbq sauce and never got it and my fries were dumped in my bag. The chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, the drive thru employee said he’s so sick of his job after we asked for my drink. I never got a fork or biscuit either with my meal. ??♀️

Get home with the food today and it was atrocious! Should’ve stuck with my gut feeling when I noticed how disgusting the bathroom was. The chicken was so dry that I wouldn’t doubt if it was made when they opened. I can bet my last dollar that they wouldn’t have served that to me had I dined in.
