We ordered a 5pc chicken tender big box. Received 5 tenders, 11 fries small drink & Mac & cheese. No LG drink, no biscuits & not a full sleeve of fries.We also ordered a 3pc chicken tender box. Received 3 tenders with cold slaw and sm drink. No biscuit again. $22 rip off.

I was there today for lunch we ask for the 20.00 meal and told him original chicken.When we got our meal it was Xtra crispy instead. I took it back up and was told it will be 20 min wait .I asked why did they not tell me they was out of original he said he did not no .So my next ?was why did the girl in back ask me first if I will take crispy because I don't like it crispy he said well it is because we was out of original and again I said why did she not say anything . So she just figured they will get what I give them and like it I was so unhappy that I asked for my money back she was rude and has no customer service skill.

When I walked in the door Miss girl was sitting on top of a table that y’all eat on and she had long hair no hat no hair tie hanging down not brushed . She was itching her head while touching someone’s food . Didn’t get to catch her name but she looks like a crackhead . I coulda swore I seen her dozing off. Then her other employee was walking around with no work attire on his phone . Everyone in the store looked high. They was mad slow and food was cold and disgusting. So long story short don’t come here .

So to start they forgot to give me my fries. Then after getting my fries i discovered my order was slightly wrong a asked for the 2 wrap combo one classic one mac& cheese. I got 2 mac& cheese wraps instead. Not a big deal but then i got to the fries, btw KFCs fries are my favorite. I start in on the fries and find something is not right, idk if it was a bad batch or somthing but they had an almost chemical tast to them had to threw them all out.
Ordered online, status updated to say the order is ready in 5 minutes. That’s great. But guess what, when I arrives, the order is not ready. Staffs seem very unhappy working there, does not even bother to give me ETA until I asked specifically how long it will take. 20 minutes later, finallly get my order. Seriously, cuz apparently they didn’t have chicken! Seriously, don’t click the order is ready button if it’s not. And maybe consider stock up chicken? It’s a KFC after all.

The tenders were overcooked and "crunchy". The woman that took my wife's order was not pleasant. The mashed potatoes and gravy was good as always. We won't be returning anytime soon and will stick with Chik Fila.
