I pre-ordered a couple of pizzas at 6:05pm. I pulled up at 7:15pm and they asked me to wait 15 more minutes for chicken after sending me multiple messages that my food was ready and waiting. Might be an extremely long while before I return. I Gotta let the frustration with them ware off. waiting over an hour and a half and have to get back into a long line that is barely moving is insane.

I called, after I ordered online, to ask for paper plates. They said they had nothing. Got some from the hotel. I called back to asked for crushed red pepper packets, the employee said she had to check but immediately said they had none.

I allways go to this location and am happy but this girl just hardened me cold pizza in the center with unsettled cheese crust and cheese puffs were cold in the center too plus gotta have the people move in line cause my food was said to be a 25 minute wait and I waited 40+ cause a person waited at the window for there order when.i ordered first... I'm heating it all up in my oven but this is still wrong by far

They may be short staffed. No one comes to the counter. Someone had to yell for them and they seem put out to be bothered. No greeting or thank you. Everyone waiting is ticked off. Our order was wrong.

I’m very disappointed i bought this pizza today I took a few bites from it thank god I always look at my food before continuing to eat it and I found a nice little fly inside that’s just disgusting 🤮 🤢

On the way home Saturday Afternoon I decided to stop at the 7th North Store..., the store was so unorganized that I almost asked for my money back Waited 35 minutes , this was one of the worst organized shifts by a Store manager especially at this location when I usually go there I always have something positive to say one of the girls in the back was giving out discounts I was very unhappy with my last visit but I will still go there these employees need to be better trained The girl that came out of the back had dark hair and her friend had blonde hair and she ignored the rest of the customers while questions may have been being asked
