Bought an undercooked by about 5 minutes pepperoni pizza bought cheesy bread overcooked by about 5 minutes. The sauce for the cheesy bread was literally rock hard! You couldn't even begin to put the bread into the sauce. It was like hitting a brick wall. No wonder your products are dirt cheap and there's always a deal going on cuz no one is buying this crap without it!

It's not even 8:30 pm and for some reason this store isn't taking any orders at all. Not online nor over the phone. They just don't answer. Very disappointing.

Placed an online order and needed to adjust it so I tried calling for over an hour. Yes I understand they are busy but I have also worked in a pizza shop myself and know the phones can get answered

I tried the pick up from this place after ordering online from the app, you wait almost an hour then they tell you they are missing an ingredient and give you an undercooked doughy pizza of something you didn’t really want and they didn’t even cut it. I called and big guy answered told him what happened and he said sorry next time I come in pizza on him. lol . Anyways I always said I’m not going back to this one we will just pay an arm and a leg at one of other places, instead, we door dashed and of course got an undercooked doughy pizza again where cheese isn’t even all the way melted. Someone has to read these reviews as a dm or territory manager and these comments have to raise concern. No responses to these people and they still open. Dont give them anymore money!!!

Ordered a deep dish cheese pizza and that's not what i got. It was an ex small pizza shaped like the deep dish plus it was undercooked the dough under the cheese was raw. Absolutely inedible disgusting.

One of the ladies that work there is super rude and incompetent. Everyone I try to do a pick up order she always has an attitude or says they don’t have the order or whatever. Last time they ran out of the Twix brownie thing. She told me they don’t do refunds so go back on the app. The app DOES NOT have any refund option anywhere. You can go online and send feedback but that still doesn’t really do anything. It’s just annoying when everything is going up price wise and you have ignorant people who shouldn’t work in costumer service. Also I’m pregnant so not having the Twix brownie or my refund is extra annoying.

Ordered online for pickup at 6:33pm it was marked to be ready by 6:55pm. At 7:14pm it was still not ready. There was only 2 people working, clearly the company has chosen to cut labor at the expense of the quality of the product. The two guys working were great and obviously working as quickly as they could to get customer orders out. However our italian cheees bread was missing the seasoning. The deep dish pizza wasnt the same as normal. It was rushed because they didnt have enough employees on staff to fulfill orders. This is not the fist time the liverpool location has disappointed me in 30 days. Im not blaming the employees they were working hard to get orders out, but someone higher up had been miss managing this location. I definitely have not been given the pickle.
