Placed an online order and needed to adjust it so I tried calling for over an hour. Yes I understand they are busy but I have also worked in a pizza shop myself and know the phones can get answered

After ordering online and getting an email stating my food was ready, I arrived only to be told it wasn't ready. 15 minutes later it was finally done. Several other customers were waiting for 10-15 minutes for the same reason. I know they are understaffed but at least acknowledge the issue and let customers know there will be a delay. Pizza however was still good, they are very consistent and still make a decent pizza, cheesy bread was good but wings were rubbery....

This was just a pickup of an order that was loaded in the machine (?). Place was clean and neat. The food was hot and fresh. Didn't rate much on atmosphere because of being a pickup only. Will be back again.
