EVERYTIME I patronize this McDonald's, either delivery or in person, they ALWAYs and I mean always fail to read directions and put all the ordered food items in the bag. I know 1st graders that can read and follow directions better. All those employees are stuck there for life, wouldn't survive a day in any other industry.

Management needs to look at the POS receipts and figure out what the scam is here. I can't Be incompetence this many times in a row. Somethings up. Food was super sloppy. I don't know how they can wrap food with the burger patty not totally on between the buns with ketchup everywhere. Not just 1 but all three of us had the same issue.

I called and I asked for a manager after having a second remake on my burgers because there were onions and burnt meat and the lady said she was a manager and laughed then hung up. Called back said she canât give me her name I am sorry but if thatâs how u act u should lose ur job

I say In the drive thru for 25-30 minutes for a McDouble and an Oreo flurry. The person who took my order was super nice as was the woman who took my money.
However my McFlurry was not mixed together and wasnât closed all the way. So when I stopped quick because of traffic the flurry tipped and all the cookies bits went all over my car. Mix your damn flurries! Then my McDouble was hot. Cool beans but I counted 6 pickles after I took a bite. The whole thing tasted like vinegar and I had to toss it.
Called the location to speak to some one about it and the phone rang for forever before it went to voice mail.
I will not be going back here. This isnât the first time theyâve had me waiting this long for a sub par experience.
