This was my first time coming to this McDonald's, and I had my four year old son in the car with me. It was around noon when we visited. The level of professionalism that was executed here was extremely poor. I shouldn't have to roll up the window in my car because these associates are swearing up a storm. I understand work frustrations, especially having worked in the food industry myself, but be professional. The attitudes that they showed were very ghetto. We didn't choose for you to work at McDonald's, you did. Do better, be better!!

It feels like a veil of art on a window of glory and that’s about all the heaven I can take. We are rhythm now we just say “aye”. McDonald’s is a frog of me. I wore her last night in my horr apparel to the element of smiles. Now gather round the table for a peel of licenses to hear yourself talk about nothing. We are. Now get down because there is about to be a crown. Thank you for having chicken as an alternative for breakfast. That was all I had.
Weirdest Iced Carmel Macchiato I've ever had. No ice, warm, not separated like they usually are... I went back and asked for another one. Same thing. You guys... fix that!! I work at a McDonald's, what are you doing?Also had to ask for the water bottle I ordered 3 separate times because they forgot it. Went in the drive thru 3 separate times. This is crazy. So many people working here, yet no one knows what they're doing.

The worker there really helped out my kid with his happy meal. He was so sad he got the same toy 3 times in a row!She was so great!The food came fast and was fresh. It was a great visit!

I ordered a curbside order and it took 15 mins to bring it out which would be fine if the food was done right. Our burgers were burnt, ordered extra onions on two of then and there was barely any on then. Used my free fry coupon got home and there were no fries in the bag. My quarter pounder had mayo on it when they are supposed to just have ketchup and mustard. I tried to give them another chance after previously having a bad experience but they failed. Very disappointing next time I'll just drive further away to the one on Brewerton rd

Hands down the best mcdonalds I've ever been to. Not only did they complete my order fast the food was piping hot. I was burning my mouth with how hot everything was it was like my entire order was freshly made. My fries were nice and salty and the nuggets were crunchy/crispy. One of the best mcdonalds I've been to in the syracuse area!

Management has problems with processing drive thru orders timely. It takes around 20-30 minutes before and no resolution in the future. It's expected for everyone to just deal with it as they don't care and hasn't in 10 years. Look at the P&L for this location vs cicero 10 minutes away. Very poor service, lack of respect of customers time! Should remove and replace management or close down location!

Pulled up on a Friday morning for curbside and nobody came out to bring my food I had to go inside and get it myself. No people skills, customer service skills or any social graces whatsoever this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I will never come back here again and I have every intention of telling all of my friends, family and even strangers. There is no way they are holding up to the standards of what McDonald's is supposed to be. Ray Kroc is spinning in his grave!

I never eat at McDonald's except on a road trip here and there. The young woman at the drive thru window needed to go ahead and drink her coffee or eat her McMuffin because she was GRUMPY. I'm sorry I ruined her morning by showing up! ???
