The food was very disappointing. Made it sick. The service is rock bottom and nasty especially jeremy. Very rude. Never again.
I love Moe’s food but very disappointed in the service tonight. I’m handicap and pregnant so for safety issues I ordered online for curbside pickup. One female worker answered the phone when I called to say I was there but early she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Twenty minutes later I called back just in case they forgot and another woman answered the phone and said I had to pay extra for curbside delivery. I placed a web order (with generous tip for fast food) and arrived at the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready. They didn't even start making my food until I had been there nearly 10 minutes. I finally got my food exactly 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready with nothing but a half-hearted apology for the wait. No updates or sympathy while I waited, no offer for simple recompense like a drink, definitely no offer to refund even the (not earned) tip.
