Got and ordered to go when i got home and was eating it, goind the rice to be undercooked and gritty. The 2 stacker i had 2 go both were missing the queso thats apart of it. Talked to others and their stacker orders not getting queso for pickup

orders as well.
Tables are ok clean but lots of crap on the floor like they don't sweep. Salsa bar also seems alway be running low. Its ok if i have a coupon but i wouldn't pay full price for this Moe's location.

Food is okay . Not my favorite place for tacos. Some of the EMP are rude at this location and I don't like that. Floor was a mess spilt chips everywhere. I'm sorry but that is a slipping hazard. Please do better.

Moe's used to be our favorite place to get a quick meal but the quality has plummeted. I usually get a salad and they're always so sad looking and the lettuce is brown and icky. Tonight there was a huge piece of onion skin in my husband's burrito. Do better!

I would NOT order any takeout from this place. CHECK your food. And if you do purchase anything, get in your car and take a bite of it first because they appear to leave off items you pay for. They left out chicken (even paid for extra) from a chicken burrito, so it was only rice and cheese inside it. When you’re paying over $15 for a meal, this isn’t worth it. Difficult to not think this is purposeful when there are so many other reviews mentioning this problem, and the guys behind the counter laughed and ducked when they saw us come in. We will never return again. Please don’t waste your time and money like we did. Go elsewhere.

I will admit I did go in 30 minutes before close, but I work in the food industry at a pretty nice restaurant and I would have never handled a situation like these boys did. Food was okay, forgot my side of chips but my burrito was good. Where it all fell apart was after I paid for my food and waited for the worker to finish rolling it. I went to fill my drink and get some salsa and limes( they were out of limes), on the floor in front to the counter was basically a pool of water. I didn’t notice it after first because I do not actively look down at my feet but I did when I slipped and fell into the counter. I’m glad I didn’t fall down and hurt something. When I went back up to the register to collect my food, I let the worker know that I would recommend putting up a wet floor sign, and let them know that I slipped and fell into the counter. As a customer service representatives myself, my immediate reaction if someone told me that they slipped and fell would be to ask if the person was ok… this was not the case. The work pushed the food in my hands and ignored me. I waited to see if one of the workers would put out a wet floor sign and none did ( there were 5 of them)

The Queso is actually very good, but the chips were stale and the actual dishes were thouroughly unimpressive. I have no desire to eat here ever again.

The food is okay most the time but way to expensive now for the quality. Also I dislike the fact that on door dash they have it set up to where you can’t leave any notes. Also the Liverpool location employees DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER! They’re not accommodating to the customers and I blame their management for it.
