I don’t know if it’s this location, the crew, the manager or moes in general but I got a bowl and they didn’t even fill it all the way. It was laughable the little amount of food and guac added. The chips were also a pitiful amount and had to ask for another bag. Needless to say, this place sucks and I wouldn’t spend money here again.

When this place first opened it was great. Only took about a year for it to become dirty and disorganized. I hadn't been in a while figured id give it another chance. Ordered online, was to be ready in 15 minutes. Went at the pickup time and waited another 20 mins past that, 35 mins for a burrito and not even an apology. They didnt spread anything out so first few bites all rice, 2nd few all bean, hardly any chicken, also forgot the sour cream. So 35 minute wait for a $13, 2/10 score burrito. Do yourself a favor and find the nearest chipolte.

Moe's why do you rock do hard tho? This was my daughter and myselfs first time having Moe's, but had heard great things. We decided to go for an evening drive and get dinner and we placed our order and when I got there I was immediately greeted by a young man and asked if I was getting pick up and my name. Before he could even get my stuff, another gentleman behind the counter asked if I had been helped. They were all so pleasant and it was so quick! The food was soo, so good! It surpassed chipotle and taco bell by far, I can't believe we have never stopped here before, but we definitely will be back again! The restaurant was full and clean, everyone seemed to be in a very pleasant mood. Was such a rarity to see in a restaurant nowadays. Thank you for such a Grade A experience that we truly didn't set out to experience tonight 👍🏻👍🏻 Great job guys!

Terrible. I got there around my scheduled time and they hadn't even started it even though it was super dead. I bit into my burrito and it was rolled the wrong way so it was just a bunch of lettuce and tomato and other things I didnt even order. It had the cheap chicken when I got the white meat and it didnt have and guacamole which costs more money!!!

It would have been cool if someone would have cooked this on both sides. All teens working & not one of them came over to clean up all the liquid in the floor by the soda machine but two of them came to fill drinks in the time I was there eating and neither of them seemed bothered by it. & None of the apps deals work. And your grill desperately needs cleaned I can taste it smfh
