Colby is the best hands down. Most of the staff has been there for a while. Always busy but always willing to make it right if they mess up. My Ubereats I get once in a while is always on point.

Panera bread is always great. Unfortunately, this store forgot the avocado, on my grilled chicken avo blt. Ordered it as part of my carry out order, and didn't notice it until I got too far away to go back and have them fix the issue. Had to hear complaints for an hour, as I was splitting this sandwich, as well as a salad with my wife. I don't like letting her down, especially when she was looking forward to having her favorite sandwich.
The sandwich minus avocado, was still wonderful, just missing an important ingredient, and the salad was as good as always.
The first time that I've ever been let down by a Panera Bread, in over 20 years of eating at them. ☹️

Stopped in for breakfast around 9:30 on a Sunday morning with my three girls to start our day. No wait, excellent customer service, the manager named Lucera was extremely professional and attentive.

Went through the drive thru and took a steak sandwich and salad home. Asked for no sweet peppers but they were on the sandwich. Called to let the manager know and ask her to mention the error to the person making sandwiches. All she said was sorry about that and we hung up. I felt she should have said she would speak to the staff or offered something for their mistake (although I would not have accepted). Also the half salad was pretty skimpy. I think they have gone downhill since my last visit.
Hungry for drive thru breakfast but don't want junk? Panera chicken noodle soup is a warm, delicious alternative.. only 19 grams of carbs in a bowl. Yummy!

False advertising. I ordered a take two. The board stated that price was 5.99. My bill turned out to be 18 dollars and some change. Please change your board to reflect accurate price.

Second visit this year and it’s always dirty. Available tables aren’t clean, carpet is filthy, bathroom sink handle is broken (good luck washing your hands), all garbage areas stacked with dirty dishes, salad came with the foil top to a butter pat in it, and the tomato soup had a piece of lettuce in it. Won’t be back.
