Service was awful, when we asked for silverware the server suggested we go get it off other tables, they didn't supply enough plates, or refill our drinks. Had to go behind the counter to refill. I guess it's a self service restaurant? Could probably save money by firing your servers

Very poor experience with the Liverpool location. Placed order online, food tasted terrible and undercooked. Reached out to customer service online for a refund only to be told they could not do anything and I have to wait 48 hours for an email.

Received an email saying I’d be receiving a $30 credit (even though my order was $40!), and I received nothing 2 weeks later. Poor customer service, poor experience, and hard to imagine why anyone should give them a chance.

They were the first to do stuffed crust pizza. They will always be legendary for that when I was a kid. Pizza Hut was like an experience and a place to go. Now. There's not that many of them, but they're still decent for the niche that they fill

Placed an order online, out of stuffed crust pizza (which I have never seen a pizza shop out of something). Arrived to pickup the order after being notified that our order was ready - to a line out the door. After about 20 minutes of waiting and watching multiple people leave without orders in their hands - I finally get to the counter. Asks for my order name, turns around, looks and then starts prepping other orders. After about 5 minutes I ask again and I was told that it hasn't even been started yet and they are 20 orders behind! Wasn't going to wait an hour that other customers were told!

It was my son's 12 th bday and he wanted to go there for his birthday dinner with the family.our waitress was great but all our food came out at all different times a pizza then about 10 min later our cheese sticks then 15 min later some of the personal pan pizzas we were told the other one was coming out in a min we waited a half hour they said oh it's coming out now we will be right over with it and waited another 20 min we were all irritated and annoyed but kept our composer til the manager came over at first apologetic then said but actually let me explain to u how things work when u dine in. She started talking down to us belittling us to the point where my son left crying and went to go sit in the car we weren't alone in the dining room other families were there and she was causing a scene I have never been talked to that way ever in my life and to blame us for the whole situation was insanity. I never write bad reviews but I need someone to let that lady know she cannot talk to customers like that even if we were in the wrong which we weren't how is it our fault pizza came out before the appetizers? And that all ther personal pans came out at different times in between other peoples orders and we never even got one of them after being told multiple times it's coming out of the oven now. When the manager was scolding us I said please stop lecturing us and just give us the boxes and the personal pan we have been waiting an hour for so we can leave. That's when she said you guys have been here before so you should know how this works. We were there before about a month ago and guess what? Our order was messed up then As well. Our order ticket got misplaced and our food was never made when we finally asked how much longer she realized our food was never made the manager the same one from tonight apologized and said she was going to go make it herself with all the confusion going on back there she mistakenly made us the wrong pizzas and said sorry once again we could have those ones while she makes the right ones. I didn't write a bad review for that because it was an honest mistake and she wasnt rude our bill that night came to around $115 and that's without the tip we love our pizza hut family get togethers but none of us will ever show face there again. As we were packing up our food we couldn't even eat because we were all upset over the treatment from the manager our waitress came over and apologized to us for the way we were talked to and said she hopes we give them another chance she could see we were all upset and that my son left crying we thanked her and tried to enjoy the rest of my son's birthday. I guess all I'm hoping to get out of this is that someone does something about the horrible management. Please say something so another family doesn't get spoken to like that all we wanted always a fun family birthday dinner

Got a medium pizza delivered up the street 1/2 mile. Pizza was excellent. They gave me updates about when the pizza would arrive. They used Door Dash for delivery. Wouldn't accept my card over the phone. Had to pay cash. Very pricey

Went here to pick up my wife’s pizza the lady behind the counter is absolutely rude had to wait a additional 20 minutes on top of the 15 we were quoted the parking lot is filthy and the building is falling apart bathroom was littered with fruit flies NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Don’t bother with curbside pick up. Waited for 20 minutes and no one came. I had to go in and get it. There was plenty of staff on. I even tip when I do curbside so there’s no excuse. And I paid for extra sauce and didn’t get it. ?

Poor management. Ordered a family meal for 27.99 on their menu. Got charged 30.99 and got a complete run around. First it was the price including the tax but tax was an additional charge then it was the prices have recently went up so we have to pay the new price and not the price on the menu. Then gets pissy with me because I have an attitude about the wrong price and refuses to deal with me because I have an attitude. Excuse me I have an attitude because you're trying to charge me more than what the menu states. No wonder your doors are missing the glass with your shitty service it's no wonder. Oh and we didn't get the bread sticks we ordered.

I would like to give zero stars. I had a very bad experience. I put in an order for delivery and received all the wrong items. I called back and ordered again and received the wrong items again.The person that I spoke to assuming it was a manger seemed as if he did not care. After the second wrong delivery I called again and got no answer. I am very disappointed in this pizza huts service. I will not order from this pizza hut again.
