If I could give under 1 star I would. Arrived April 20th at 5:40pm. Left a 6:40pm. We haven’t even seen our order. A couple who came in at least 15 minutes after we did got their order before us. How long does it take to make a pan pizza? So dosappointed.

Just stopped in for the Pizza Hut Lunch Buffet. Runs from 11-2. They had a sign stating they would be doing a Dinner buffet on Tuesdays 'coming soon!' I got there around 11:30 and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean plus you get the ambience of Pizza Hut back in the day. The guys working here are great! They were friendly and helpful. Service was super quick. I very much enjoyed my meal and am looking forward to going again in a couple weeks, if not sooner.

We have had Pizza Hut a lot over the years but wow they have stepped up their game. The cheesy breadsticks were delicious, and the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was mouth-watering. We tried something new for us, the cinnamon breadsticks, and we were not disappointed! The waiter was quick and attentive and the atmosphere was clean.

Hung up on twice, the first time was before we could pay by card. Called a few minutes later after we realized we didn't even have a chance to pay. Got hung up for the second time waiting for an opportunity to pay. Called again, got a manager, paid by card but wasn't told total but asked what we wanted to leave for tip. We decided to pay cash for tip to get off the phone. The manager told us to tell the driver we paid, because he'll just believe us. Then the order was wrong! Slowly finding out what places we should avoid since we just moved here.

we traveled all the way from Pennsylvania to Liverpool New York to visit my mother-in-law who was in the hospital. We decided to order pizza for Super Bowl. You guys were the best tasting pizza ever!! I highly recommend this place as the person that answered the phone was very professional and polite. And even though the delivery guy was great, keep up the wonderful work.

I ordered a large Xtra cheese pizza for pickup. No one asked me about crust type and I only know of pizza hut having the pan pizza. That's what they are known for. When I got home I saw its a flat ny style pizza crust and it was totally NOT what I wanted or would have ever ordered. It was also soggy and tasted like little Ceasars $5 pizza but it was $15. Not happy

We have really avoided Pizza Hut for years. It was bad about six years ago when we used to order. I had a change of heart on Halloween this year and ordered eight pizzas. Every one was on point. Today we went to try their dine in. The were two other tables in the restaurant,a single gentleman and a couple. They both were eating already. We were sat right away and then left for twenty minutes. No one ever came back. They weren’t busy with take out. There weren’t a lot of people coming in and out. They just totally ignored us. After twenty minutes we got up and left and the one employee standing up front said have a nice day. Thank you Pizza Hut. I’ll find somewhere else to eat and tip.

I was like "Oh an open pizza hut, I guess we could go there" kinda joking, but wow, if you thought your childhood was just rose colored glasses you need to go here at least pizza hut in general. Because no one out pizzas the hutt.Parking: 8 with a larger lot behind for about 24 cars
