I recently visited Red Lobster in Liverpool . I had not been in many many years and was pleasantly surprised ! Greeted warmly , our server Nick was so professional , personable and patient in checking special requests. I had a Shrimp Caesar salad along with their excellent famous Biscuits .
Thank you mgt & Nick. We will return and ask for your table !

The lobster bisque was too thick and the seafood boil was very disappointing! Nothing in the boil tasted fresh. I ordered Cajun butter seasoning and it was just butter, no flavor at all. Later on that night, my husband had a very bad allergic reaction to the lobster from the boil. The only reason why we went was because of the commercial I seen for the boil. Definitely not worth the price we paid!! The couple sitting behind us sent a steak back and the manager came out to address the situation. The waitress asked if our food was ok and my husband told her about his order and the manager never came to our table. I wonder why??? Definitely will not be going back.

Food was good as per usual but our server Erica made the meal! You can tell when someone doesn't care and she was quick to ask us how the food was, if we needed anything, she refilled our drinks promptly. This location has proved to be superior in customer service, 10/10 will be back!
