My aunt and uncle showed up for Thanksgiving with a box of what they called "special" donuts. And these definitely were. Artfully decorated and tasty. This review should actually be 4.5 stars because I'm stingy with my five stars. Very impressed with the range of toppings, including your standard nuts and sprinkles, Oreos, captain crunch, fruit loops, fruity pebbles, and peanut butter cups. The Thanksgiving-themed turkey donut is a regular cake donut with chocolate frosting and then a chocolate "head" and copious frosting feathers in red, yellow and orange. Yummy but the taste of red dye #4 was a little too strong. My mom gave the maple bacon donut two thumbs up. This place prices itself on fresh donuts, and I'm sure these would have been even better if we were tasting them soon after they were bought. While the donuts traveled some distance and some time passed before they got to us, I look forward to having them again and tasting more flavors. Love a cake donut and like the smaller size, which leaves you room for more donuts. ;) A recommendation I would make to the business is to make sure your boxes are branded. There wasn't a sticker or anything on the plain white bakery box that indicated where they came from, and my aunt couldn't remember the name of the place until I found it on Yelp. When people take these into the office, you want everyone to know where they can go to get their own box. I was so intrigued by these fun donuts that I had to look the place up online. Looking at the Regional Donut Authority website, you can see the owners have as much personality as the donuts, which is a very good thing. Great to see a local business produce a good product and get such a great reception from customers!

Outstanding doughnut shop. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The doughnuts are delicious and they think outside the box with the flavors. Great value and fantastic variety and choice. They're not huge doughnuts but their size just means you can eat more of them.

Oh wow. Basic donuts covered in cinnamon sugar. Hot, fresh, cheap and delicious. Friendly, efficient staff. Cup of coffee for one dollar as well. If I lived here I would probably live here.

This place is fantastic - awesome treats, friendly staff and I've become a regular visitor - great regular and fancy donuts.....if you haven't been, its definitely worth a stop in. Every time I bring them into my office, they are gone as soon as the box hits the table!

Stopped in one morning, grabbed a butterfinger doughnut and a snickers doughnut, they looked delicious, the taste was just okay though, the toppings were great, but the doughnut itself did not taste that great. I was gonna get coffee, until I saw the air pots with some random new england coffee, I figured a local place like this would use recess or cafe kubal.

Donuts were just OK. I've been their twice and while they have an impressive menu most of the donuts were not available. On top of that the specialty donuts were $2.00 and just not worth it. I've had better donuts for half the price.

If you want the BEST donuts you have ever had, check this place out! Some crazy combinations that are all delicious, sure, but the Old Fashioned are not to be missed! The service is fast and friendly, the decor inviting and fun, a real family place.

I have been here a couple of times and every time the donuts were always tasty and the price were great as well. I love the story of how they came to be and how they have really grown a great following. One thing I thought was amazing yesterday was that they had a "drive through" set up for the runners for the Chase Corporate Challenge. I wasn't partaking in said challenge, but I didn't mind getting donuts while I was in the area. They have all kinds of donuts here. From what I gather, they are all of the cake variety. This is good for me because I love cake donuts! The prices are extremely fair and the staff itself are awesome! The interior is really awesome looking too. I highly recommend coming here! Of all the varieties they have, I have to say I am quite boring and the regular glazed is my favorite. I look forward to seeing how they grow. Lastly, they are literally right by the park, so you could have a fun day outside and just walk over and grab a hot dog from Heid's and a donut from here!
