Ordered door dash today. Today first time ordering Rocky's. The smash burger was excellent the way I like it just enough zest to add to.taste. Fries were ok and onion rings were great..I will recommend and try again

The place is usually great for hanging out and drinking and the food is delicious usually their portions are bigger. I ordered two burgers and fries to go with ketchup on the side to go with the meal, got home, no sides of ketchup and the two portions of fries matched up to a small order at McDonald's at the most. The gravy I ordered for the fries was clearly watered down. They also forgot pickles on one of the burgers which I was charged extra for. Friendly service all around, great place, just not observant of the small details of the order I got is all.

I came from DoorDash. First, the staff told me that I had to wait 20 minutes and the order was still not ready. I sacrificed myself for 20 minutes and waited to pick up the package. I went back inside to pick up the order and they asked me to wait another 10 minutes. Again and again. Moreover, the place is empty. . I do this job to make a few bucks. I need it. I pay my debts by doing this job. But I see 30 minutes of my time wasted by an insensitive and irresponsible business staff. I am leaving this comment here so that this selfish behavior does not happen to others. I hope you will be more responsible towards people. 👎

Great pub atmosphere lots of pub games probably one of the better burgers in Syracuse along with some great other options! Rockies is definitely a hidden gem right behind Heids.

The staff is great here, shoutout to Libby, and Teal. They accommodate very well, and Janis the owner is on-site often, and very friendly. They have a lot of daily events, and a lot of frequent flyers, you easily make some friendly conversations and friends. The food is awesome, the cooks really take inspiration in the food, shoutout to Coop! He enjoys talking about his specials, and the food truck, and he can really change the taste of anything you want. But I must say, the smoked Pickle Back wings are so good, but only available for a limited time sometime during the year.

We used to come here often, you have three drinks but if you aren’t a frequently flyer the bartenders ignore you. They’ll even wash empty glasses in front of your empty beer if you’re impatient enough. They will straight out ignore your empty beer after (3) but will service a drunk slurring and yelling all over the bar asking for more purple shots or lemon drops. And yeah we tip $2-3 per beer.. cmon. Worse service then a busy college bar with 50-100 people. Place is empty.
Got food poisoning from the Bacon Burger. Music was nice but way too loud for such a tiny space. The staff was nice. Didn’t really take any photos aside from the mistaken photo of a QR code.

I hate having to write bad reviews for a local business as I debated on posting said review but I questioned myself to why hide a terrible experience. I've never been there for food before but really wanted wings.
1st thing, their website menu hasnt been updated so a dozen is $15 instead of $14. Okay, fine. 2nd thing, on the menu its listed as comes with blu cheese or ranch. When asked from the bartender, I said blu cheese. Was then charged an extra $.75 for the sauce. 3rd thing, not that I would've cared but an extra $2 for all flats. This I understand but it all adds up 4th thing, after all in all paid in cash and handed over a $20. I definitely sensed the bartender was not happy with not having a tip but I was caught off guard when she had said 19 something. This unhappiness from her was also noted when the food was given to me. 5th and final thing... Got home to 11 and not 12 in said dozen wing order. The wings were definitely overcooked and dry... so yay!
Yeah, I read the other reviews before posting this and well... I can't say my experience was a good one. I really wanted to like it but I hope this helps someone who isnt sure if they want wings at a bar that is trying to promote their food

I apologize if this does not go thru I hardly ever use this and it is my gfs account. I am only usin dis today cause we cane in today to play some “dragons” with friends and we met the bartender Libby. On our way out there was this really rude lady outside saying she was leaving a bad review I don’t see it on here now so maybe her friend changed her mind but we all wanted to say that Libby was great and we saw her interactions with the two guests. The lady was pretty rude and abrasive but the male seemed to be ok and tryin to calm her down. Maybe it was an off day for the woman but we wanted to say that we will be back because of Libby she did great. Our one friend comes in often but this was our first time we will be back and were going to try food next time we are in

This place is clean inside and I would have came back! The bartender lib is rude and unkind! The way she spoke to me not only did I feel like a child but I tried to talk with her being my first time. She is not personable at all! The food was horrible I asked for a chopped cheese no tomato and only got meat n onions and because I asked for a salad I use that on my chopped cheese! She said to me and I quote do u need anything else because I don’t like to come back! I asked for a Long Island and I said no sour or coke I’ll take pineapple juice and rudely said no Long Island! What!!! Even got quick draw! You know make the time pass and want to try to enjoy my new experience! She said I love Tullys they say customer first over lottery! We were the only ones in there except one older person! I will never go there again and if it wasn’t my friend she would’ve not been tip anything! I’m a sever and bartender and I would never ever talk or treat someone new or old like that! I promise you this I will never be back! I’m a server who get 30% on my bill tips and that my friend will never get you anywhere!
