Stopped in to try the reaper wing challenge. Chef Ramon made the wings perfectly. Nice crisp to the wing and very saucy, just the way I like em. I enjoyed the steps of heat/sauces that the challenge provided instead of just one type of wing sauce. And im not a huge fan of traditional buffalo sauce but the other 4 sauces that came with the challenge were very tasty. Rocky’s Roadside was a great asset to our event @lafayettemp.com. Lafayette Motorsports Park is a Go Kart racing facility and Rocky’s Roadside was able to serve our fast paced racing community with some great food in a very timely manor. Lafayette Motorsports park would highly recommend Rocky’s Roadside.
