I order food from this resturant through Grubhub and they never completed my order. I was initially told that my food would be ready in 45 mins, and when I called the resturant an hour after my order was placed, they told me that the food was being prepared and would arrive in 20 mins. a half an hour passed and my food still had not arrived, and it was clear that they never took care of my order when it was initially made. I had to cancel my order because I had worked 14 hours that day and was exhasted and needed some sleep. I ending up just eating crackers and going to bed. The resturant never made any attempts to fix the situation. I will never order from here again, which is sad because I live in Liverpool and love Vietnamese food. Based on my experience, I'm sure the resturant will go out of business by the end of the year, as they don't seem to care about their customers.

4.5 Stars but I always round up. Our appetizer egg rolls were excellent. Our meals were very yummy. The shrimp in my dish was overcooked but it was very small portion of my entire meal. My wife had a nice cup of hot tea. The server was kind and attentive. The decor is really nice! Highly b recommend and we will be back!

The pho bowls here are what are considered 'large' where I'm from. So much delicious pho! Rich and tasty. The fried egg rolls were amazing and the spring, or summer, rolls were unique. The basil and mint in with the noodles and shrimp really was wonderful with the peanut sauce.
