The food is always great ! But the service is not always consistent. Went to eat there the other night and the waitress didn't have a clue about much. She didn't inform me that the Caesar salad I ordered was not included with the meal, but an $8.00 charge, plus charged me for my dressing. I ordered an extra piece of chicken with my meal, and she charged me for a whole other meal. Never came back and asked how our meal was or if we needed another drink. when asked why I was charged for a whole other meal- she had no clue and had to ask. Granted, that part was taken off the bill. She asked if we wanted the salad removed, at that point- we were ready to get the heck out of there. oh, and the appetizer came out cold. She may need additional training or something. For a chicken dinner, an additional piece of chicken, an appetizer, a pasta dish, a sprite and a glass of wine - $110 dollars!! With bad service. NAH!! Not going back there for a while if ever again.

Also go there to celebrate -tonight for live music with the band Keep Up-Who are 5 stars as well!-Great food & staff with a family atmosphere. You can go wrong.Parking: If it’s ever too crowded parking across the street is an option for freeKid-friendliness: They love kids!

I had heard a lot of good things about them so I went to try it out. Everything was fantastic. Our server, Justin, was absolutely top notch!! Anticipated our needs, described specials, answered questions, perfect timing, perfect level of interaction to make dining there very enjoyable. We went on Friday evening for dinner and the restaurant was full. Everything was delicious and we did not feel rushed at all. Will definitely return.
My husband took me there for my birthday and it was incredible! The best filet mignon I've ever eaten! The waitress was awesome. She gave us tips on what to order and how to order! Can't wait to back!!!

This place never disappoints. Food and service always on point as well as atmosphere and cleanliness. I’ve been many times and can honestly say wonderful every time. It’s obvious they know how to run a restaurant.
My family has been going to Santangelos for 30 years, since it first opened. It is our favorite restaurant. They have expanded the restaurant over the years, adding space at least three or four times. The food has been consistently excellent, with only a few disappointments in all those years, and that's to be expected. Most of the wait staff have been there for years and, on busy nights, be prepared to have a leisurely evening to accommodate the many customers being served. The food, of course, is the reason we have loved Santangelos all these years. My son's favorite is the chicken parm. He says no other place compares. My husband loves their seafood. Always delicious. My favorites are the homemade ravioli or the veal parm. Their salad is always fresh and their Italian dressing addicting. The desserts are also good. We have no complaints and will continue to visit Santangelos regularly for a great meal.
