We rented Skippy’s for my son’s birthday party today and what an awesome experience for all the kids and adults, too! Right on time with the ice cream truck and music, and lots of variety of ice creams! Highly recommend for any event :-)

In April, I attended Lieutenant Hoosock's funeral reception, where multiple food trucks generously donated their time and product to provide a memorable experience. I must say, it was truly a heartwarming gesture that touched everyone's hearts.
What impressed me the most was Skippy’s commitment to making the funeral reception a memorable occasion. Their staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were taken care of. They showed genuine empathy and respect during this difficult time, which meant a lot to Lieutenant Hoosock's family and friends.
Skippy’s donation not only provided nourishment but also lifted the spirits of everyone present. It created a sense of unity and gratitude among the attendees, reminding us of the power of community support during challenging times.

Used for a small private event and all I can say is Gina was amazing. Right from the start of inquiring for availability and pricing. Immediate response, affordable, and punctual. We were impressed from the beginning to the end. We needed to change our original time slot and no issue! What’s pleasant experience to work with, thank you !

I’ve had Skippy’s Ice Cream at my house for many parties and they never disappoint. They are the go to for that special treat. I’m starting to think the only reason people attend our parties is because they know Skippy’s will be here. They have the best selection of ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes. The last party I had, they made this to die for Strawberry sundae. It was like a Strawberry sundae and milkshake all in one. If you are looking for an idea, I would highly recommend them for any type of party, work function, or just any type of get together! SKIP THE CAKE…

Such a disgusting experience with the churlish woman working the Truck.Recently we requested skippy’s for my school as an incentive for my students. We were told that there was no booking fee and that students should be expected to bring about $3.Unfortunately we had a medical issue and needed to reschedule.After emailing correspondence that we needed to change the dates, we never received a confirmation of the new date. We assumed the truck would not show.The day that we tried to reschedule for, the truck was present. When speaking to the woman she was extremely rude insisting that she responded to my email, confirming the new date. When asked to show the response, she made a snide comment saying this was very “typical” of my urban school district.She also demanded to a fellow colleague that we owed her $50 as she “had a truck full of ice cream.” Strangely she had no change to even accommodate for students with larger bills.Her covert remarks had classist and racist undertones. This company does not deserve the business of any “typical” consumers while employing a bigot. Booked Skippy’s ice cream truck last minute for a 90’s theme end of summer party and I am so glad I did. Gina, the owner, got back to me quickly despite it being busy with fair time and made it happen. It was an inexpensive way to bring the party to the next level. The driver was right on time and super friendly. He pulled in the backyard to where the party was located and played the nostalgic ice cream truck music and the kids and adults all loved it. Lots of choices and the ice creams were much bigger than I remember them being as a kid. So worth it… 10/10 experience!

Skippy is not how it use to be! First of all, they do not display prices on their trucks like they should. Secondly, How can one Ice cream truck price drastically change to another? $2.50 for a snow cone then $6 on another truck. Don't tell me it's inflation, then prices would be similarly the same. Price gouging on the same people that support you!

Skippy's was a huge hit at my father's celebration of life this past weekend. The staff was a dream to work with, from booking to execution. Skippy's showed up on time, treated my guests with respect and friendliness, were flexible with eliminating nut allergy products and served up generous portions of quality soft serve as promised for the time frame. I had always just thought Skippy's did wrapped ice cream novelties, and while they do have that truck to rent as well ( and one that does milkshakes!), being able to offer fresh cones and sundaes to our guests in memory of Dad was the exact fit for our event. Can't say enough a good things about them, and will not hesitate to book them again for any event.
