Took almost 20 min to get three drunk that were all grandes….

Sadly, not the best Starbucks in the area. It’s always very slow there and I’m not sure if it’s because of how busy it gets, if they’re under staffed, if they’re under trained, or what. So I’m trying not to hold it against them but for example, I went one time with a personal cold cup and they made my drink in it with no ice 😐 then I asked for ice and they remade the entire drink despite it having room for ice in it 🤦♂️ a separate occasion, I ordered ahead on the app and arrived about 15 mins after I ordered and they hadn’t even started my beverage yet. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it’s very slow and you will have to wait for about 20 mins.
Edit: I’m amending my original review and taking away a star. I ordered ahead this morning to get a sandwich, oatmeal, and a hot beverage. My sandwich was literally smashed. I mean it was flat. Completely destroyed by whatever barista thought it was okay to squish it flat. My oatmeal was made incorrectly so it was still dry and had no moisture by the time I got to eat it. My hot beverage wasn’t even warm. It tasted like the milk hadn’t been heated all the way up and they didn’t use the correct type of espresso. The only reason I know about the espresso is because I used to be a barista. Having been to this location many times now, I can firmly say it’s one of the worst Starbucks locations in Onondaga County. If you have the time, go literally to any other store. I suggest the Cicero location, they’re awesome over there.

Today was my birthday and the staff was so kind and put the cutest artwork on our cups! I was so happy and thrilled to see this, especially since it’s the second time I noticed the employees doodling on the cups. Fantastic work, team! Keep your heads up everyone!

There is a pot hole right at the drive thru window that my car hit. Anyone with a low car who comes through if screwed. A lot of damage could be done.

Order thought the app the hole point is so I can just pick up becouse im on break from work the store close I can wait in line 50 cars when I have to get back to work so I have to leave not get my order I call store but they said I have to call corporate vary unhappy with service
