Today was my birthday and the staff was so kind and put the cutest artwork on our cups! I was so happy and thrilled to see this, especially since it’s the second time I noticed the employees doodling on the cups. Fantastic work, team! Keep your heads up everyone!

There is a pot hole right at the drive thru window that my car hit. Anyone with a low car who comes through if screwed. A lot of damage could be done.

Order thought the app the hole point is so I can just pick up becouse im on break from work the store close I can wait in line 50 cars when I have to get back to work so I have to leave not get my order I call store but they said I have to call corporate vary unhappy with service
I would just like to say thank you to the employees who worked xmas and were away from their families to serve people coffee that could be made at home. I witnessed a woman banging on the window after they closed acting like an animal with no manners. basically foaming at the mouth. I too came after they closed but was understanding and was completely fine with not getting my drink. These customers need to realize the baristas are human too and starbucks isnt a necessity. They can get refunds and go about their day.

I mobile ordered ahead yesterday. I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and when I got to the window the employees inside refused to acknowledge me until I said I mobile ordered ahead can I please have my drink.
The girl with brown hair in a ponytail FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED ME AND said they would not give out anymore orders and it was not her problem.
I said but I have been in line and I already paid. She said it was. NOT HER PROBLEM AND TAKE IT UP WITH CORPORATE.
I will go to ANYWHERE BUT STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN. Anyone want gift cards and a bunch of free stars? I will NEVER EVER BE SPOKE TO OR TREATED LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TAKING IT UP WITH MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE. EPIC FAIL STARBUCKS. Your employees treat customers TERRIBLY!!!!!
Your response shows why your employees have the Blaise attitude they do. They mimic leadership. I think an apology is more than warranted as they dumped my prepaid drink and refused to open the drive thru window to handle this situation like adults. This is completely unacceptable and most of your employees know me. That is your response? I will take the high road with what I think of your response and I will go to corporate and I will get a refund and an apology and honestly I hope your store is recognized for how awful it is and the health dept does too and takes appropriate action. Learn how to problem solve appropriately and treat people appropriately and your employees will follow.
You cannot treat customers like that especially with prices what they are at Starbucks. I will get a satisfactory and appropriate outcome to how this was handled and I was treated

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! I ordered 3 drink on the mobile app and it said it would be done at 11:09. Our first 2 drinks were done at about 11:15. We were just waiting on our last drink a REFRESHER! A simple drink. It did not come out until 11:22. They had the drink ready in the back but were not bringing it out to the table where we pick up all the drinks. Very inefficient!! I will not be back tot his Starbucks anytime soon unless I have an hour to kill. I hope warns others that this location is VERY SLOW!!
