This place is absolutely terrible. I did an order ahead for 2 drinks. Said a 20 min wait. I get there, waited an extra 25 mins and it still wasn’t ready. If you’re overloaded with online orders, the store should just turn them off. They seemed to be prioritizing in person orders. Won’t be going back here. I ended up leaving without my drinks and complained to customer service for my money back.

Carissa is incredibly rude to customers and always has a negative energy to customers and her coworkers. I don't know how she still has a job there.

Service is Top notch. I used to love Starbucks coffee. Honestly, it's extremely overrated . The staff here is outstanding; super friendly and customer focused.

For some reason I always wait incredibly too long in the drive through, and I can’t Ben escape because theirs no way to leave the drive through if you are boxed in. I regularly wait 15 mins in line.

The inside wait time is ridiculous. Despite there being no inside line, my daughter and I waited 20-25 minutes for one drink. We watched one other family order at the register, get drinks and leave. When we asked the barista about our order, she wouldn't tell us if they had it or not or how much longer it would take.. I don’t understand why they would refuse to communicate, but Starbucks could really use a digital display of order status for their customers.

BEWARE!!! this place used to be good but has gone downhill tremendously. They gave me a CRACKED CUP which ruined my entire bag of food. And it wasn’t a tiny crack that could be unnoticeable look at the photo! But they had enough time to write “live well” and “be kind” on the cups, laughable honestly.
On top of that I ordered dragonfruit drinks and they gave me plain water ?? Hello?
What a scam. What a terrible place. Not the first time something like this has happened from there. Will NEVER order again, honestly you shouldn’t either 🤷♀️

ordered a drink on the mobile app like 4 miles away. got to the drive thru and the lady said there was alot in front of ours but she would try to push it thru. and wasn't very friendly when she said it

Went there workers were very rude on multiple occasions. Food took 20 minutes to come out for one drink.
Very disappointed. I went there June 5th around 245pm. I ordered black tea and lemonade extra ice. The drink didn't taste right. It needed more tea. I went up to ask for a remake. The blonde girl rolled her eyes and told me she was going to teach me how the drink is made and she knows she used the right amount of scoops. I said never mind and took the drink back to my seat. I was with someone and we discussed how rude she was. She heard us and told us to get out of her store. We said nothing. I picked up my drink to leave. She now said get out again or I am calling the police. We left. Really? This girl could not be more than 16 or 17 years old. Never again.
Two of the three drinks were undrinkable. Tasted like water. Latte with 5 pumps of Chai. NO flavor at all. On the road or would go back. No caffeine because threw out cups.
Staff is always rude and chippy. Tonight they told me their lobby closes 30 mins before their drive thru although it says that no where online or posted in the store. They complained about customers that came in audibly enough that I could hear them across the store.
