Very very slow. I ordered and then it took 20 min plus to get my drinks. Definitely won't be coming back to this one.

ordered a drink on the mobile app like 4 miles away. got to the drive thru and the lady said there was alot in front of ours but she would try to push it thru. and wasn't very friendly when she said it
1pm in drive thru on Friday. 1 car In front of ours. When we pull up they said they were closed.

Went there workers were very rude on multiple occasions. Food took 20 minutes to come out for one drink.
Very disappointed. I went there June 5th around 245pm. I ordered black tea and lemonade extra ice. The drink didn't taste right. It needed more tea. I went up to ask for a remake. The blonde girl rolled her eyes and told me she was going to teach me how the drink is made and she knows she used the right amount of scoops. I said never mind and took the drink back to my seat. I was with someone and we discussed how rude she was. She heard us and told us to get out of her store. We said nothing. I picked up my drink to leave. She now said get out again or I am calling the police. We left. Really? This girl could not be more than 16 or 17 years old. Never again.
Two of the three drinks were undrinkable. Tasted like water. Latte with 5 pumps of Chai. NO flavor at all. On the road or would go back. No caffeine because threw out cups.
Staff is always rude and chippy. Tonight they told me their lobby closes 30 mins before their drive thru although it says that no where online or posted in the store. They complained about customers that came in audibly enough that I could hear them across the store.
This location has had issues on and off for a while now. Shout out to the one employee that regularly greets me with a genuine sense of customer service, you know who you are.
Drive true is stoked!!!! Were bad service!!!!
Okay for Starbucks. Good service. Coffee tastes like bottom of the pot

Order is never right and takes 3 hours even when ordering ahead. Management needs to be involved at this location.

Went to this location this morning, ordered a venti and was given a grande… in a venti cup. So I paid for air basically as shown in photo.
The drive through took way too long for 3 cars to get a poorly made drink.
Staff was friendly and the space was clean. My coffee was hot and made well.

I went there yesterday and they got my order drink wrong. It’s ok , i had no problem with it and waited to correct my drink but they made it worse . I am not to sure if i want to go there again.
