They're very slow at making the food and they got rid of their wraps. The flatbread they're using doesn't make a good wrap. Won't be back!

I've watched how the mangers use teenagers to run the place and the teenagers work more hours than the managers and these poor kids have school also. Managers are making these kids do half of the mangers work because they don't want to work. It's ridiculous and complete bull.

I placed an online order for this location I go to many times to eat before work. The man in there tells me and my friend he has no online orders while we both had them placed and shown our apps. He denied us service or helping us. He continued to lie about the address. I went to 7879 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY 13088. He tried telling me it was 2831. Which doesn't even make sense. Now I wasted money on food I can't even get. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. And of course Subway doesn't have any live customer support so I can't get this resolved before work so now I'll be going into a 12 hour shift hungry. Thanks subway.

Sandwich maker is not really friendly, and she acts like she hates working there . The food is expensive.There is a web in the corner of the window with some dead bugs .

We were served by Miranda today. She was very kind, had a positive vibe and made it enjoyable, despite us ordering 3 footlongs. Often, employees can feel overwhelmed with orders but she was good natured. It may seem small, but good customer service is rare these days and she made great subs for us! I would def return here.

Not good been to other subways and this one doesn't let u see their meat selection and give less meat on sandwiches than other subways I have been too do not recommend to eat

Best subway in the area! Went there like a week ago, and the man that made our subs was great! He took his time and didn't just slap it together like most do, and was very friendly. Definitely the one to go to if you live around here!

Prices are outrageous now, subway was always reasonably priced, almost $40 for just 3 subs, no drinks or sides. Boy I miss the days of $5 footlongs.
