I got the wrong order at the window. Went inside and got invited for 7 minutes then called out. There were two other people who were waiting for their food when I came in. The $3 Taco had about a tablespoon of meat and a little lettuce... Didn't tacos come with tomatoes and cheese???

Just received the driest quesadilla ever. I never complain, I usually go back and ask for the issue to be fixed and they are always so kind to do, but how many times is a customer suppose to do that before just being fed up? Cute?

I waited 30 minutes for my order. 5 other people that came after me got their orders before me,after 20 minutes of waiting I asked them where is my order, one employee told me they are short staffed and they are bringing orders out in the order they got it, after that two new costumers come and ordered in front of me and both of them got their orders before me. I had to ask them for a refund after 30 minutes. Because my order was still not ready.
And go to another location at 7881 Brewerton Rd, Cicero, NY 13039. tried to order there and they told me that they only take cash, I had to go look for an ATM to take cash. All and all it took me 90 minutes to order and get one taco supreme family box, Way to go Taco bell.

my cashier was awesome. Fixed an issue with my soda immediately (syrup was out) but I went to eat my food at the hotel and discovered the meat in the Mexican pizza was rancid. It has a strong chemical or rotten food smell. Had to throw it out.
