Went today around12:45. Place wasn’t busy at all. Service slow from the start. Salads arrived kinda quick. But it was downhill from there. Finished salads then wired a while for our meals (both filets ). When they arrived mine ordered medium. Came out closer to well. Waiter took steak back to replace it. Proceeded to eat my loaded mashed potatoes, but I could not cause they were cold as was my wife’s loaded, baked potato. My wife finished her steak. I then went to the men’s room came back and our waiter was at the table. Tell us 02 more minutes for your replacement steak mind you it’s already been over 20 so immediately asked for a manager who arise at our table defensive from the get-go claiming that it was only 10 minutes that the ticket was put in for the free fire. He was nothing but very condescending, arguing with me very unprofessional. sent me home with the replacement steak that wasn’t really cooked much better than the first one in my replacement mashed potatoes no replacement for the cold baked potato. He did take my meal off the check, but the worst part was the way that he talked to me very very unprofessional.

I typically visit the one on Erie Blvd, but we were closer to this one. We showed up on a Tuesday evening about an hour before close as a party of 5 for an after-event celebration dinner for my son. We were greeted and sat immediately. The staff was great! The service was above and beyond as expected. The food was delicious!
Sorry for not taking pictures, but we ordered fried pickles for the table as a starter, which were the best I've had at any of their locations, crispy and flavorful! Of course we chowed down on several baskets of rolls and butter!
For main course dishes we ordered, the half slab, 12oz ribeye, pulled pork, smothered chicken (with no shrooms), and a kids hotdog (without a bun). Side favorites included loaded mashed potatoes, green beans and applesauce!
Thank you to staff and kitchen for accommodating us a little past closing time while we finished up our meal!

I was at the Texas Roadhouse out in clay in New York and I usually dine alarm I took a seat at the bar order my dinner it was very very good and fresh and wonderful had a great experience love to Texas Roadhouse

I spent 170.00 for a meal for my family. The waitress only came up to the table once to take the order and once to deliver it. Never asked if we needed anything else or even boxes to go. What a joke all this money for average food and a shitty atmosphere. Great customer service ..never again

All the beef was overcooked. Sent it back and it all came back overcooked. They offered some for us to take home because what was on the table was so bad. We excepted it and left. Food at home was crap it went in trash. Service was ok. He just kept interrupting our conversation. Last time for us

Didn’t serve me alcohol because my id was from south carolina because I LIVE THERE. Started telling me why they thought it was fake and refused to let me explain that im up visiting family. terrible experience will not be going back
