Went there for Easter this year and I picked out a beautiful 14 oz ribeye. My brother ended up getting the steak I choose cooked the way he wanted at med rare with the mushrooms also that ordered with mine. Happy Easter ? all was good but slightly

Excellent service. Our waitress brought out refills on bread and drinks without even having to ask. Our appetizer was out in a matter of minutes from ordering. The food was cooked to perfection and tasty. I have never rated places with 5 stars until now. This was the best service we have had in a year. Clay/Liverpool location you really are doing something extraordinary! Keep up the great work.

I used to work at this Texas road house location as well as eat here as a regular up until management decided to let me go for unfair reasons that seemed like discrimination and at times management would play favorite's and treat the other employees who weren't buddies with them like garbage.nobody is capable of making a good shift while working here especially a few of the management staff who liked to be rude to employee's at times for no reason at all and heavily criticize them and when staff stood up to managers they'd automatically get fired.its was a great place to eat and was always busy but i dont think ill ever work for this location ever agian and try to aviod it at all costs now so i go to the Dewitt location or the Oswego one now the managers ruined it for me and i definitely wont be back.

Ordered 3 beef tip dinners with sauces on the side all three were smothered in sauce. All sides were cold like refrigerator cold. Called because I live 40 minutes away they sent a 15$ off voucher dine in only. Beyond disappointing. If your evening is important to you, don't trust this place.

Its safe to say that Texas Roadhouse can’t cook steak. Don’t get anything medium it will be raw and chewy, get medium well it’s never consistent.I think Texas Roadhouse should hire an actual Chef, instead if robbing me of my money. Send the kids you got cooking back to McDonalds where they microwave food, I work hard for the money you are stealing.Ordered streak Kabobs for the last time, got medium cooked kabobs and have to throw half of it away. What a waste. Its not worth going back, time to move onto better steakhouses.The consistency of the orders, they always forget this or that. Being a regular customer is now done for me, it’s gotta be the worst place to eat in town. All it is a fancy theme with only a few good bites, if they are good that day.What can roadhouse take away from this? Hire an actual Chef that you pay well, so the customers want to come back.
