Nathaniel cooked our food (briskett stuffed grilled cheese), it was amazing! Sam is the best server we have had so far at Smokey Bones. She suggested some delicious sauce to go with my sweet potatoes. While waiting for our food, we enjoyed playing pool. We definitely will plan for many more visits to Smokey Bones :)
Came to the restaurant after being gone for five years. Couldn’t wait to eat here again took my son and daughter-in-law here for dinner. Got there just before 6 o’clock or half appetizer nachos took 20 minutes to come for dinner almost an hour we just ordered mac & cheese, potato wedges, and pulled pork. When the food came. It was cold the garlic toast was gross and the potato wedges or just soggy and not cooked well very disappointing. Won’t be back for a while.
It was a busy night but our waitress, Sam, did a great job keeping up with the pace. The food was great...the MagNachos were out of this world and were enjoyed by 7 of us!!
Friendly staff and absolutely delicious food!! Walked out full and happy.
Really fast service and great tasting food
Ok, I was in Syracuse for a couple days and had a hankering for wings. I have high expectations of when it comes to wings and Smokey Bones delivered. The wings were huge, juicy and perfectly sauced. The Beans and Roasted Corn were perfect sides and the beers were cold.
When you have that craving for MEAT, this is the place for you. Come with an empty stomach and leave full to bursting. Not for the dieters of faint of heart. Great job, pit boss!
Fantastic smoked wings, good selection of beer, friendly staff
Great meals and fast friendly service.
My first time there and I loved it!! Highly recommend!!

Service at the bar was good and that was the only bright spot. Small portions--beef brisket sandwich with baked beans for $ 17. The sandwich was too sweet for my taste but that is my personal opinion. The amount of chopped brisket could not have been more than 3 or 4 ounces. Not worth a return visit.
have been going here about 10 years now. used to enjoy this place, but not so much anymore. giving 2 1/2 rating, as that is what it currently is to me. I understand the current administration is putting places like this out of business, due to cost, but cmon- baked potatoes microwaved, hard and cold. unacceptable. loved my double cheeseburger, but at 16.00, not anymore. wife had babybacks. three weeks ago we paid 37.99 for the ribs for lunch- yesterday eve they were only 33.99? what gives? no customers? Place was only 30% full on a thursday eve. My wife bought me two 50.00 gift cards. we were supposed to get a 10. bonus on each, but smokey bones only gives you a very short period for the bonus, so we lost that. Wont be buying anymore gift cards or coming here any longer...... 93.00 bill for the three of us and that was with my wife and me sipping water. With the cost of gas to get there, total was over 100.00. sorry Im done. The golden arches will get my cheeseburger orders from now on. Next month I start collecting SS and only 500. a month. Cant afford smokey bones any longer. New waitress was nice, but didnt know how to use the gift card, so had to get the manager to take care of it. Bye Bye ..........

The food was awesome. I gave the waitress 2 $25 gift cards and my personal credit card to cover our bill. When she returned to our table, she attempted to give me another customers credit card and the receipt for my signature. The receipt was missing one of the $25 gift cards. I questioned her about it and she left to try to find the missing card. A man, who I can only assume was the manager returned to tell me that they were not able to find the other card. I searched my purse to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I didn’t. The man insisted that the waitress was only given one gift card and asked how I wanted to cover the balance. Horrible customer service. If I ever return, I will be sure to make certain that the waitress is aware what was given to her for payment.
I do not write reviews, but I felt I had to write one regarding my experience here. First, the family decided to try a new place to eat. We've all had 5 Guys and found this place online. Menu and pics looks good so we ordered online. The bad experience started right when we arrived to get the food. We were told 5-10 more mins for our food. This resulted in waiting an additional 32 mins for the food. Why you may ask? Because they said that online orders are put to the end of the line and walk ins are put in front. So every time someone came in, our order was pushed out further. Even with that, we were thinking the burgers will be fresh and delicious. We get home and start handing out the burgers. The first issue we ran into was that the classic burgers had no cheese on it at all. Double checked the receipt to make sure and we definitely did not mark "no cheese" on them. The burgers were just alright, nothing to tell others about. The next issue were the fries. We had ordered regular crinkles, garlic parm crinkles and ranch crinkles. The regular fries had the salt & pepper as expected. The other ones had a coating on it that looked like garlic parm? Not sure. And the other order was just plain. We received a small cup of garlic aioli sauce, so perhaps that was how you make garlic parm fries? In either case, none looked like the pictures. And lastly, the one soda we did get was not what was ordered and tasted watered down. The same kitchen is also handling The Wing Experience and perhaps they cannot handle the number of customers. But we shall not be coming back and would rather just eat Five Guys nearby.
