Just placed 2 orders of bone in wings and an order of boneless wings combo (supposed to come with fries and drink) for pick up. The wings are sooo tiny for the price they charge (possibly the smallest wings I have ever seen), barely any meat on it. We ordered the sauces on the side. None of them were labeled so we have no idea which sauce is which (except for the honey mustard because it's a different color than the rest). We also didn't get all the sauces we ordered (we order 6 different flavors all together and recieved 5 different sauces. We didn't get the blue cheese or the ranch that was supposed to come with the order and we did not get our fries.
The only positive I have is the flavor from the wings were not bad; but definitely not good enough to make up for the inadequacies.

Ok, I was in Syracuse for a couple days and had a hankering for wings. I have high expectations of when it comes to wings and Smokey Bones delivered. The wings were huge, juicy and perfectly sauced. The Beans and Roasted Corn were perfect sides and the beers were cold.
When you have that craving for MEAT, this is the place for you. Come with an empty stomach and leave full to bursting. Not for the dieters of faint of heart. Great job, pit boss!
I ordered a split order of smoked and traditional wings. What I got was a bunch of burnt like warm wings. Cant complete orders correctly and the quality is poor. For the price it is unacceptable. Go somewhere else!! Dont waste your money!
Service at the bar was good and that was the only bright spot. Small portions--beef brisket sandwich with baked beans for $ 17. The sandwich was too sweet for my taste but that is my personal opinion. The amount of chopped brisket could not have been more than 3 or 4 ounces. Not worth a return visit.
have been going here about 10 years now. used to enjoy this place, but not so much anymore. giving 2 1/2 rating, as that is what it currently is to me. I understand the current administration is putting places like this out of business, due to cost, but cmon- baked potatoes microwaved, hard and cold. unacceptable. loved my double cheeseburger, but at 16.00, not anymore. wife had babybacks. three weeks ago we paid 37.99 for the ribs for lunch- yesterday eve they were only 33.99? what gives? no customers? Place was only 30% full on a thursday eve. My wife bought me two 50.00 gift cards. we were supposed to get a 10. bonus on each, but smokey bones only gives you a very short period for the bonus, so we lost that. Wont be buying anymore gift cards or coming here any longer...... 93.00 bill for the three of us and that was with my wife and me sipping water. With the cost of gas to get there, total was over 100.00. sorry Im done. The golden arches will get my cheeseburger orders from now on. Next month I start collecting SS and only 500. a month. Cant afford smokey bones any longer. New waitress was nice, but didnt know how to use the gift card, so had to get the manager to take care of it. Bye Bye ..........
This place really has quite the selection of wing sauces!! I’m talking over 20 I think?! I enjoyed the food, a little pricey but food cost has also gone up. I had this delivered via DoorDash but the actual restaurant looks great ? I’ll be ordering again, I have to try all these different sauces eventually lol!
Don't listen to HALF of these 1 star reviews. I ordered going in knowing that it might be a subpar experience, but I was pleasantly shocked. The wings were the PERFECT bite sized pieces. The sauces (specifically the Angry orchard sauce) slap. The fries were a little overcooked, but I can look past it with how good these wings are. I'd dare to say that if Buffalo Wild Wings isn't having their BOGO thursdays, I am making this my new go to destination for wings. Absolutely incredible, and blows Wings Over out of the water. Do yourself a favor. Try these wings, maybe do pickup though if people are complaining about cold wings from delivery, that's absolutely no fault to the restaurant. When these wings are warm and fresh this slaps hands down. Really really good job Smokey Bones. Will definitely be coming back, and I definitely will be trying the Burger Experience you have partnered up with too! 5/5
The food was awesome. I gave the waitress 2 $25 gift cards and my personal credit card to cover our bill. When she returned to our table, she attempted to give me another customers credit card and the receipt for my signature. The receipt was missing one of the $25 gift cards. I questioned her about it and she left to try to find the missing card. A man, who I can only assume was the manager returned to tell me that they were not able to find the other card. I searched my purse to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I didn’t. The man insisted that the waitress was only given one gift card and asked how I wanted to cover the balance. Horrible customer service. If I ever return, I will be sure to make certain that the waitress is aware what was given to her for payment.
Woof, it was an experience all right. Ordered some boneless boom boom chicken wings and they arrived cold, dry, and what little sauce there was, it certainly wasn’t any kind of boom boom sauce I’ve ever tasted (because it wasn’t). In their defense, I did have them delivered so maybe they cooled down on the way but jeez, I was hopeful and now I’m disappointed. If I was there I would ask for a refund and politely show myself the door. Hopefully they improve the quality of their food because their enticing name is misleading and I won’t be ordering from there again until I hear the food has significantly improved. 2 starts because it was edible and I haven’t died yet.

Stopped by smokey bones in Clay with my fellow realtors from procopio real estate to have a few drinks after work. The food was good, the place was clean but the service was the best. If you are in the Liverpool, clay or Baldwinsville area we highly reccomend giving this place a try.
My wife had the pulled pork and I had the “Double Trouble” - 1/3 rack of Baby Back ribs and 1/3 rack of St. Louis style ribs. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly, but our server “Jillian” was a absolute delight. Good experience.
Went to the Rt. 31 location, got seated fast, that was the only good thing. Our waitress was so rude, we waited all most 15 minutes before she came to our table. She was busy chatting with people 2 tables from us, I could here the conversation and the waitress knew them personally. Very unprofessional and it was not busy at all. Next the food, I got the turkey club, dry, cold turkey, bacon was like rubber, tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, my daughter got the pulled pork, barley any meet, cold and greasy. NEVER AGAIN!
Sauce flavors are great. Lots to choose from.
Wings had barely any sauce on them as I requested two different flavors and the fried were cold . Horrible to have paid $25 !! I’m here working on the frontlines and this place really upset me being I have to be to work soon as well. Thumbs down ?
