I very seldom use the liverpool store as I use north syracuse a coppertop all the time. However i was ordering to go and this site is closer I spent 5 minuteswaiting to put order in BUT upon trying to give an order i was asked to hold after at least 1o minutes i was disconnected and had to call back which was again another 12 - 15 minutes. Finally got to put my order in and was told PU in 20 minutes, waited 15 and went in to pick up was told it wasnt ready sat down as two others came in and left with orders sat waiting another 15 minutes, Now all this time there are 3 girls at the counter and a runner, ALL OF A SUDDEN one of them says whats your name, i mean this was established when i first walked in. I again gave my name she walks beeack to counter and picks up my order walks over and hands it to me, needless to say everything was cold I guess they need training program

Great good, excellent service by Jen and a great restaurant. The bar was hoping at 11 am. The buffalo chicken salad is amazing. Go to Tully's.....get the tenders! If you have never been, don't get anything other than the tenders!

We confused their hours and arrived 20 minutes before their kitchen closed. By the time we sat down, the waitress informed us that the kitchen was going to close in 6 minutes. Despite it all, even though we felt terrible and expected to be shooed out, she took our order and served our food a few minutes later with a smile, and it was delicious. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could!

The chain restaurant isn't my favorite place to go. Very American food choices on the menu. A great place for late night and happy hour deals. A lot of signature mix drinks and cocktails made only local for New York. Lunch menu seems lacking on variety from other menu with an lunch option I have been to. Sports theme places aren't really where I go a lot of the time and it's not an environment not customed to my personality. But the atmosphere is very much sports every where if that your thing it's still a very comfortable restaurant. Still don't see the appeal the the chicken tenders.
