We needed a place for a team dinner for after a hockey game! This place was perfect! Food was awesome, prices reasonable, great service and the back room was exactly what was needed! I cannot say enough good things!

I placed an order 30 minutes to closing, the lady who answered the phone could have said we are 30 minutes into closing they are not making anything fresh instead she proceeded to take to my order. I live 5 minutes from the establishment. When I got home my wings were cold and very hard. Please do not order from them in the last hour they are lazy and refused to refund my order gave me a 10$ credit and I paid $40. Pleas make sure to CHECK you good BEFORE you leave

This was the worst experience and food. Asked for separate checks, not willing to. I was dead in there, but still no biggie. Waiter couldn't remember to bring our drinks, Asked several times. Ordered our meals, no bread with pasta dishes? Had to ask. Salads that we paid separately for came out with 1 peperchini, 1 grape tomato and a slice of cucumber. I ask if they could add a little onion. Was not told that it would cost $1.99 or told dressing was extra. And we were told bread would be extra charge. We ordered pasta? Our meals come out. Linguini with white claim sauce. Was absolutely gross, so was chicken franchises. A bunch of shells in clam saunce and no plate to put them on. No flavor at all. Just bad. Get the bill and Asked what all the extra was dinner nothing was said to us. Asked for the onion to be taken off since that is absolutely ridiculous. I could have bought 2 whole onions for $1.99. We didn't even care about the dressing. Just bad service all around. There was literally one other table and they left 1/2 through our visit. Awful and won't be back. Thankfully there are other twin trees run better and better food.

We were visiting the area for the NYS Fair and looked up best pizza around Syracuse and this place did NOT disappoint. The whole family was satisfied with the pizza and wings we received. Everyone we encountered from the placement of the order to the take out counter were super friendly. I would highly recommend.
Big disappointment. Was told an hour and twenty minutes. It was 2 hours. Pizza was stale as though it sat for a while before being sent out , resulting in crust being rubbery / tough to chew. I called after an hour and a half was told driver would be there shortly. This was at 7:25 ( ordered at 5:50 ) didn't arrive until 755. I guess it's back to getting from their competition up the street.

Twin Trees continues to be a good take out option though I find their prices to be higher than other nearby competitors. They have coupons in the Clipper but they never seem to be applicable to our orders. We had guests ordering and the consensus was Twin Trees was the best option. This was a pick up order and was ready on time, they have also been very efficient in delivering previous orders. I have not dined in as of yet. The pizza was good, wings were saucey and cooked to our liking. I really liked the packaging and presentation of the Antipasto salad, Italian dressing packets provided. We enjoyed everything and will order again in the future.

I've been a loyal customer of twin trees for years. However this location is terrible my pizza was burnt. How could you let a pizza like that go out the door! $40 for medium pizza and wings and they can't even cook it right? And the wings tonight are nasty. Never again. There's better food in the area for much cheaper!
