I just had the best customer service that I’ve had in years if not ever. I bought 3 medium subs, all containing different meats, toppings, Bread and cheese. I believe the man’s name was Yomer. He was friendly, joked with both myself and the staff, personable, smiling. I confused myself telling him the orders but he had everything correctly. He mentioned labeling them. Then I went to go cut the sub in 1/2 but he already did! Also, the subs were not messy. Had great portions to make it taste delicious. If wegmans actually read these reviews I just want to say Thank you! I really haven’t come across such amazing service in a long time. He deserves a raise!!! PS I had 2 young kids with me who he interacted with.

I love Wegmans and want to continue shopping there. That said, I eat a ton of salad and buy their pre-packaged greens every week. For the love of God, please stop putting so much water in the pre-packaged Spring Mix! I had to dump 1/2 of it out today because there were so many wilted leaves! I am about to shop somewhere else and I really don’t want to!

I'd love to have the green shopping carts back. They fit both my kids, groceries and water bottles on the bottom. Also, I asked the bakery why they didn't have chocolate eclairs anymore. They seemed popular, always taken quickly but now are making them anymore

Prices are average but the food is pretty good for being prepared a head of time. Convenient location by our hotel and cheaper than going out to eat all the time

Rude as heck employees, particularly the blonde girl at self checkout today 1/24/2021 around 6pm. Super condescending and clearly has zero idea of what customer service is. Subs from the deli are a different size every-time I come there and they were out of stock for allot of products.

I’m in line at checkout for 5 minutes with two people in front of me. When I get up to the counter to unload my groceries she says, I’m closed. Not very customer-like.

Wonderful employees working during the covid and dealing with all types of angry , non caring ppl that do not social distance . I feel bad for these workers . Why they still have ppl making subs and pizzas is insane . I feel so bad for these kind workers
