Great place! Went there for food and drinks on a Thursday evening! Tonya kept our beverages topped off, our food came out quickly and was worth the 1:15 trip!

Visited Kels in January with several friends. Was impressed with the appearance of the place. We were able to find a table for 6 right away ( since there was no one to direct you).After sitting for 10 minutes, we discover there are no waiters/waitress. You have to order at the bar, along with all the bar patrons, and prepay for your order! Of course, the credit card processing is out of order, as was the ATM! So now, we have to walk up the street to use an ATM. There is no system as to what table you are seated at, so how they locate you is beyond me. After 25 minutes, 2 dishes are brought out, 10 minutes later, 2 more, 20 minutes later, the last 2! 4 of us were done by the time the last 2 were even brought out.Wings were overdone, quesadilla was awful.Empty bottles and plates sat on table the entire time, no one came by to remove anything. Would never return.

So happy this place opened back up again, with new owners. We are just a couple minutes down the road and love to have this place so close! We've already gone twice for drinks and for food we tried shrimp Caesar salad and philly cheese steak - both were good. The menu is simple but good so far. The service has also been good so far. My only feedback would be to work on the decor/ambiance to make it more homey!
