Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac and have to be wary of cross contamination. Gluten free options were clearly labeled, including cones. When I asked if he could use a clean scoop, he offered to open a new container too. The extra precaution was so appreciated and the ice cream was delicious!!!

Great ice cream and service. Took the extra time to really craft the sundae I ordered and customize it the way I wanted it. Ice cream is creamy and flavorful.
Stopped here on a road trip. Coffee toffee ice cream was amazing. So was maple ice cream. Recommned highly!!
Great little ice cream stand
?Best soft serve in the #Adirondacks with a (historic) retro vibe. The shape of their building isfun. Noel and his family are always so friendly!

My $8 milkshake was nothing more than a tall paper cup of chocolate milk. Returned it for a refund. Go to the Stewart’s shop next door for a thick, less expensive shake.
Amazing Ice Cream, we come here every year and love the name and flavors!
Iconic ice cream since 1957. Noel, the owner was gracious, informative and makes fantastic ice cream!Custard’s was a stop on our NY ice cream challenge tour, from Coney Island to the Canadian border. Well worth it!!I had a wafer cone with a scoop of vanilla under a scoop of strawberry. Soooooo good! The atmosphere here is iconic and epic Adirondacks. Long Lake, summer, the mountains and ice cream. On our ice cream journey we rate this number two in New York State, behind our tie for number one.Homemade ice cream, family traditions, roadside ice cream excitement!Custard’s Last Stand is a stop you can’t miss when enjoying an Adirondack summer day.

Cute little place
The ice creams are so good! The owner is super nice!
Found out a bit of local history from the owner while eating twist custard in a waffle cone.
