I wish there was an option for a zero rating and a thumbs down button ! I get it fast food isn’t always gonna be the best sometimes but it comes to a point that employees should be making sure food is fresh always ! Even for deliveries !! When people order food for delivery it should be made as the driver is approaching to the store so by the time the driver arrives to the store, the food is hot,fresh and ready to go ! My order was horrible!! The fries were COLD AND UNCOOKED! The nuggets were OLD the burger tasted like it was old as well the best thing they gave me was the snack wrap that were released today .. this was a proving point to why I stopped ordering outside food period

Got here before 10:30 had an online order that was placed and received confirmation code . went there and even though google says they close at 11 and the speaker even said that they don’t close until 11 but they had already turned the message on before 10:30 saying that they were closed when I went up to the drive-through window. The gentleman told me that they had no food left and to just cancel my order.

I ordered around 10:20 pm to pickup through the app. Online says the store closes at 11. The app took my order. I showed up and they were closed. I called to recieve a refund and the lady was extremely rude saying no we close the app no one can order. I have a video of the drive through recording saying they close at 11 and my clock says its 10:20

This mcdonalds location is nothing but a hassle pull up to the drive through after doing a order on the app and the order speaker plays a recording sorry it's 11:00pm we are closed. Mind you already placed order on app and it was only 9:52pm. This isnt the only time they have screwed me over. Terrible to get our hopes up of having McDonald's only to not be able to get it.

I've been here probably 4 or 5 times since moving to the area last November, and every time something has been wrong. This latest trip, they forgot an entire meal. If you aren't saving me money, and the mistakes are so bad that you aren't saving me time, you don't really fulfill any role for me

i got a meal and it was awful I got 2 fries and a nasty burger with fake meat on the burger and it was thin as paper i want a refund
Always a wait. Constantly mess up your order. Says they are open late. You can place your order on the app and when you go to pick it up it’s closed and they are closed extremely rude about it.

Everything is being fried in OLD/DIRTY oil. The hasbrowns and fries taste awful please clean your machines. 🤢🤮
