I’ve always enjoyed visiting this McDonald's location, but today’s experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. There was clear miscommunication at the drive-thru when I was placing my order, and the employee had trouble understanding me. My order was closed prematurely before I had finished, but after some delay, we finally completed it, and I proceeded to the second window.
At the second window, the employee was rude and didn’t provide the total amount due. Instead, he grabbed my money without saying anything. When I asked for the total, I was met with indifference. After receiving my order, I was rushed as I tried to settle my drinks, and when I asked if my order was complete, I didn’t receive a response. I was never given a receipt either.
Upon checking my order, I realized I was charged for items I didn’t receive. I called the store 8 minutes later to explain the situation, but rather than being helpful, the employee argued with me about the correctness of my order and offered no solution. I was left without a receipt and am now out $27 due to being overcharged. No offer for compensation or to exchange the incorrect items was made; instead, I was met with excuses.
This was by far the worst service I’ve experienced at any McDonald's. It's especially disappointing given how reliable this location has been in the past. I expect much better service from such a large corporation.

Over charged. I used my app they told me it went through but yet I was still charged for it. They asked to see the code number which isn't possible because I just used it and u need to wait 12 minutes to get a code again. The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Not surprised by reading the comments that others have had the same experience

My 4 year old son and I love stopping here for a special treat once in a while. The service is outstanding, food is always great, and the staff makes sure my son has a wonderful visit every time. For those nights I am extremely busy or short on time, I know I can count on this restaurant. Thank you
Dietary restrictions: I can't have mustard and never once is there a problem with my burger. They are cooked to order and perfect every time
Kid-friendliness: All the employees are amazing with my son and I also notice they are great with other children in the restaurant

Two trips in a row first trip I asked for ketchup I was told it's in the bag and I left. There was no ketchup. The second time I asked for ketchup I was told it was in the bag I looked in the bag it was not in the bag. I went into the store from the drive-thru line to tell them there was no ketchup they argued with me and then they laughed at me for requesting ketchup this is no joke I reached out to the management for help they have not responded. I've gone here several times and they are always rude. Do not patronize this McDonald's absolute horrible service with no management

Never stop by this location! I ordered dinner from this restaurant, and when I got home with it not only was the order incorrect but we were unable to eat the food. I called and the "manager" told me to bring the receipt in and they would do it correctly. (I wasn't asking for a refund and this one HIS offer.) When I went in with the receipt, yet another "manager" told me that this wasn't how it worked and treated me like I was lying. I reached out to the number on the receipt and no one ever called back. They don't care! You're bound for disappointment if you go to this location!

I ordered food their through the app, verified location set to 256 osborne rd mcdonals.
I was still hungry, but my son was full. So again through the app, I ordered food with the location set to 256 osborne rd, colonie Ny.
The application sent it to 1004 central Ave instead.
So I told the manager about it, he said you need to set the location to that store. I informed him it was set to that store because I had just 5 minutes ago got food from that store using the app.
He kept repeating it, and I kept having to telling him over and over again it was set to that store, as clear proof is infront of him.
He than said I could cancel the apps mistake of an order through the app. I said how can I do that, he said through the app. I said how, as the app doesn't have. Button for that.
He kept saying through the app. According to the app, you can not cancel an order through the app. He kept lieing to me, yet called me rude for asking how in a normal voice.
I would not suggest anyone go to that mcdonals as the manager needs to be fired.

I ordered a Big Mac meal. I can see from all the one star reviews that this place needs a lot of help. The manager ( girl) on duty who would not provide her name said that she is the manager and those are the rules.

So when we went there the floors were clean. This McDonald's puts large fries in a bag and puts food into cartons, not bad, but fries could be better. The thing I wanted to talk about when we got a happy meal for my brother. The food was good, but the milk he ordered it was half drunken and open. He maybe could've got sick. Never buy milk from this McDonald's.
