Horrible Service n Food. An older Hispanic woman is very rude and lacks any CS skills. If you ever encounter her, Beware! Further, food is never ready and shouldn't take over 15 mins to get two #1 VM's. Food prices are also outrageous at this location compared to surrounding McDonald's. Stay Away!!!

I drove through the drive-thru and cashier rushed me through my order. Then after I paid for my food, the cashier told me to pull up due to the food not being ready and it will be 5 minutes. I do as I was requested, a few minutes later the cashier yelled through the drive-thru window and asked me to back up and get my food instead of her being professional and bringing out to me. I will never return to this mcdonald's, do better!

Walked in around 11:50am. Ordering was easy and the staff was great. 2 dbl cheeseburgers and a small fries. Food was excellent.

I’d like to share my experience from my visit to Store #4183 today. I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Upon receiving them, I noticed that the bacon was undercooked. I requested a replacement, but instead of a new sandwich, the staff member, Anna, simply reheated the bacon on the original sandwich. When I explained that I wanted a completely new sandwich, Anna refused and directed me to request a refund through the app. Since I couldn’t do that, I asked for a refund at the store, but my request was denied.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered undercooked bacon at this location. It has happened multiple times, and it’s quite disappointing. I left the store without the sandwich and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.

Mold and manager just offered another? Wasn't happy to have to come all the way back from route nine for a moldy wrap. How did the employees miss this? Someone can get really sick
I know everyone is busy, but I would have to say that on consecutive times I've been here the service has been pretty lousy.
I waited it seemed like almost 10 minutes for someone to get to me at the drive-thru, and then after that I get an employee be rude to me when I get my food?
I'm definitely going to avoid in the future this particular McDonald's

This McDonald's often leaves small items out of the bag when requested by the customer. I can admit that one time they did provide me with a coupon card for not switching out my egg on my egg sandwich. I visited them again the other day and paid 50 cents for barbecue sauce that I never got the woman at the store told me that I could not refund it because the purchase was not made directly at the store. Now you may think that two small barbecue sauces shouldn't be upsetting, but if they do this every time you go, you're paying for something that you didn't receive. Other than that the food is usually hot and fresh. I'd come to this McDonald's again.

Just witnessed a man complain about not getting the correct food and the manager jumped to being hostile immediately, the man just wanted a replacement, the manager faked calling the police and continued to provoke the man even after he was fed up and decided to leave.

I order from here often, and while I’ve been trying to cut back on eating out, it’s been a rough week so my husband and I decided to stop by today. Unfortunately, during my visit, I had a very unpleasant experience. While at the drive-thru, the window was closed but I overheard one of your employees loudly say, “She eats McDonald’s every day?” Clearly, it was said loud enough for me to hear, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. What bothered me most was the lack of respect and customer care shown. Employees should never make negative comments about customers, especially within earshot. This employee should be properly trained on professionalism and how to engage with the public also she should know when and when not to put on a bonnet. It’s been a rough day and to hear that, along with getting under cooked nuggets and burnt fries, I’m pissed lol.
On a positive note, I do want to highlight the manager. I’ve shared to him recently that I truly appreciate his excellent customer service he’s always welcoming, smiling, and ready to assist whenever he’s there.
Unfortunately, because of this negative experience, I will no longer purchase anything here. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and used to improve staff training and customer care.

I wish there was an option for a zero rating and a thumbs down button ! I get it fast food isn’t always gonna be the best sometimes but it comes to a point that employees should be making sure food is fresh always ! Even for deliveries !! When people order food for delivery it should be made as the driver is approaching to the store so by the time the driver arrives to the store, the food is hot,fresh and ready to go ! My order was horrible!! The fries were COLD AND UNCOOKED! The nuggets were OLD the burger tasted like it was old as well the best thing they gave me was the snack wrap that were released today .. this was a proving point to why I stopped ordering outside food period

Got here before 10:30 had an online order that was placed and received confirmation code .
went there and even though google says they close at 11 and the speaker even said that they don’t close until 11 but they had already turned the message on before 10:30 saying that they were closed when I went up to the drive-through window. The gentleman told me that they had no food left and to just cancel my order.
