Donuts have become very disappointing. I used a kiosk to order. Big mistake! It took longer to find everything than it would have taken to place my order and have it served.

I only gave it 4 stars because: there was one girl trying to take care of drive thru and inside til other got there. She was doing an excellent job with all she had to do and still remained nice to customers. I do have a question with every Dunkin donuts I go to, why do drive-thru people get taken care of before us that walk into the store? It's not fair. I know sometimes there's a lot of people at the drive-thru, but for those of us that walk in someone should be there to take care of us instead of having to wait till they take care of the window.

Usually the coffee is good. Sometimes they screw up what is ordered (like forgetting sugar when it's asked for). The hash browns I ordered tasted like they were old and reheated. That's not cool, even if they don't cost that much. The service was kinda slow. But I'm sure they probably were short staffed. I'll update my review in the future.
