I am a Handicap gentleman and once a month I have my caregivers pick up Jreck subs. The bread was horrible. I spoke to the manager and since I threw rhem out , she could do nothing for. And she told me even if i.had rhem still, the bread was still terrible. I live on a budget so hurts me financially. Funny how a large coperation who admits there serving sub par products and cannot do anything for me. I will never spend my money at Jrecks again, it's pretty obvious they do not care about there customers or surviving quality product. She basically called me back and offered no solution. Kind of an insult.

Got subs for dinner and they forgot to give us one of our subs, also got a blt sub with hamburger added and they forgot to add the tomatoes and pickles I asked for and also did normal mayo instead of chipotle. Very unhappy and the subs were very low quality

I visited the Lowville location of Jreck Subs on Friday August 2, 2024. When I was placing my order I noticed the lettuce was very rusty, I told the girls that I would prefer fresh lettuce, they told me they were working on it ,but that was all they had for my sub, so I told I didn't want a sub and I left. They were both very non accommodating. I was there about 2:30 -3:00 on August 2, 2024.

This venue is truly remarkable. A courteous young man attentively took my order with great precision. He graciously provided suggestions when I was uncertain and personally delivered my meal once it was ready. While the cuisine is excellent, it's the exceptional staff that makes this restaurant one of my top choices in Lowville. Their impeccable service and delicious food turned what might have been a dreary day into a brighter one. Many thanks to the young gentleman—I wish I had caught his name. Hats off to Jrecks of Lowville for employing such outstanding individuals in our community. It's always a delight to dine here.

Horrible worst ever The grossest sub I've ever ordered and I ordered three tonight. They have no idea what they're doing. Don't even know how to take care of customers. Very unhappy
