We were recently visiting the north country and we just had to stop and try some squishy‘s barbecue. It was way too much to eat so we decided to bring some home to Georgia with us. Let me tell you Georgia is proud of there barbecue and no one here that tasted this bbq had anything but great things to say about it, but it was some of the best barbecue they ever had it compares to anything that they’ve tasted down here thank you Squishy’s bbq for a great meal and look forward to our next trip up North we look forward to the new restaurant!!
I found this food truck at an antique show and I am so happy I did. You can't find to many good BBQ spots up here in New York but they have it down. I had the Famous Pulled Pork Sundae with the Tangy BBQ Sauce. If you see this BBQ truck out, I recommend you stop in and try the food. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had Squishy’s cater my wedding for 200 people. In one word PHENOMENAL!! The best smoked brisket and chicken ever. Everything else was equally amazing. Thanks so much Josh and your team!!
I met them at the Lewis County fair. It's difficult to find a good brisket in the North Country. I wanted it, but not in sandwich. She gave me an enormous portion of meat, which was the best I've had up here. It had a nice bark, was super tender and delicious. The woman that was there was very nice, and took really good care of me. I will definitely look them up when I swing through Lowville again. ?

Pork Sundae ?
Awesome food, definitely exceeded our expectations! My husband would eat a turkey leg from here everyday if he could!

Was their neighbor at the Boonville fair. the food is fabulous the blueberry sauce omg. Staff is friendly and awesome.
