We stopped at the Lowville Subway 8:25 pm. The worker already had started to close up. I asked her if she had any meatballs and she said no, I just threw them out. Before 8:25 and the door says they are open until 9:30.

Placed an online order. At 10:50am. Way before lunch rush. It is spelled out exactly how you want your sub. Wrong roll. Not toasted. It's a shame.

The employees working there today at the time of this review were incredibly hard workers. Made sure my order was perfect, went as fast as possible so I could eat with my family, and were extremely nice. Incredibly deserving of a raise. As a business owner myself, those are the type of employees you want.

This subway needs to care more for their employees! We went tonight around 8, they only have 1 worker to make all the orders. Our sub maker tonight was having chest pains, and kept having to pause for a bit in between making subs. It's not fair to the employees to only have 1 person there for closing time.

I walked into the restaurant and waited about a minute for someone to come out from the back. The only reason why she came from the back was because the beep of an online order was going off.

She did not acknowledge me for a full minute at least. Instead she looked over the online order. She then came over and asked what I would like. I gave her my order, it was easy so she started to make, what I thought was my order. NOPE, she was making a different sandwich.

She put that other sandwich in the warmer, and then started my sandwich. My sandwich was done and she wrapped it and put it next to the register, but instead of ringing me up, she went and completed the online orders sandwich. Only after she completed that sandwich did she come over and cashed me out.

I have never seen such terrible customer service before. She didn't apologize, or ask if it was ok to do someone else's order. No common decency. I had to wait probably an additional 5 minutes because she wanted to get that order completed, before mine. You know the customer standing in front of her.

There were no other customers in the restaurant, there was no reason for me to wait for someone else order to be completed.

I ordered a number 30 proten bowl and the new manager Christine could not even make it the correct way. She put the meat in without cutting it up, didn't put all the meat in it. Good service is hard to find at subway !! Save your money go somewhere else!!!

I used to work here a few years ago and they would have me clock out at 9 and stay til almost midnight, plus me and the night crew did most of the work, my pov of subway is forever tainted. too bad foot long churros didn't exist back then.

We went for subs I had a turkey club on flatbread and she had a turkey avocado wrap and a small soda .We ended up paying 25.00for these .Everything I asked for was an up charge and he counted out 12 small pieces of turkey and 2 slices of cheese .2 small sandwiches and small coke for 25.00 seems like a ripoff will take my business elsewhere!,,
