I was hesitant to share my experience because my kids usually LOVE going to 16 handles, however, the 2 female employees working Monday evening on 2/19/24 should reflect and consider if a job in customer service is for them. They treated myself and my family with entitlement, rudeness, going as low as to go after my 4 year old son. That’s where I draw the line. I would appreciate a call from corporate because these girls should no longer be employed at a familyfriendly establishment.

Total ripoff be aware. Came here with my 2 kids. Lady asked me to put the cups on the scale. She weighed the first 2 cups and then she asked me to put the other cup and weighs again. All 3 cups were 26.7 oz and the 2 first ones 19.1oz. She charged us for the first 2 cups and then for the 3 cups. Scam artists. 3 small cups 40$. Tried to speak to the girl and she would not listen. Be aware they are stealing people's money. Such a shame, my kids liked it here, never coming back! I am so disgusted at this place! Shame on you!

The Manager, was working. I asked her if my granddaughter could have a small spoon so she could sample a flavor that she never had to see if she wanted it. The manger was so rude and unprofessional, she stated with an attitude “we do not do samples “. I asked her that my granddaughter just wanted to see if she liked that flavor. The managers said I am the manager , no samples as per corporate. This is no way to speak to a customer I have worked in retail for 20 years. If this person worked for me she would be out of a job!! She needs to be talked to.!!On the review a customer wrote “free flavors” Kindly state in writing on the wall where customers can see “ No Samples” if this is your policy!
