My daughter and I love frozen yogurt and every time we go, we choose the 16 Handles in Lynbrook. It is incredibly clean, the staff is so polite, and there is virtually no wait time whenever we go.

I drove all the way to this location and couldn’t even enjoy my visit. They don’t offer any samples, so it’s impossible to know what you’re getting before you commit. On top of that, the customer service was poor and unwelcoming. I ended up leaving without getting anything. I wouldn’t recommend this location or the company based on this experience.

Great frozen yogurt flavors and atmosphere, the staff is awesome. Super clean store, toppings are fresh and plentiful. You will not be disappointed if you stop by for a small treat !

Oh my god, I love coming here. They have the best frozen yogurt here with amazing toppings. The place is ALWAYS clean and it’s definitely worth the price. The best flavor in my opinion was the pomegranate raspberries. The workers are always polite and clean up the place. They have cute thermal spoons too definitely 10/10

My family loves going there at anytime of the year, we never sit-down on the run but the environment is great for the space. There is always someone in there getting froyo. The place well lit. It's self served so that part can't suck. The only thing there should have a cut off weight on the scale when it comes to pricing the cups. You can easily spend close to $25 to $30 on a cup if you not paying attention (just guessing) too much calories and sugar at that price. It has a Starbucks feel for young people. So you should go and I might see you there.
