Update: the customer service is still great but the quality of food has dropped. I don’t know why it changed so quick and suddenly. The chicken is no longer the same quality chicken. I don’t enjoy it at all anymore. The sauces remain the same but if the chicken is no longer good I don’t need the sauce. Also they stopped offering the chopped cheese which was one of my fav things on the menu. I really loved it here but don’t think I will be returning. I gave them 3 stars...

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at this establishment three times, and each experience has surpassed the last. Upon my return from a long road trip, I placed an order, and they were incredibly accommodating. The flavors are simply incredible, and I highly recommend their Hot Honey Lemon Pepper and their waffle fries. The staff is Very Friendly but also incredibly generous.

Had a situation the other night where some waffle fries were mistakenly left out of my order. Called up and “Big H” replaced my whole meal on the house, they are not only good but they are world class people. Highly recommend.
