They never deliver our order they HAVE WENT down in service, and the phone line never works. I used to love this place but now they are a no go.

Placed an order for food from here on Tuesday evening March 30, 2021 through Seamless. Order on Seamless went through no problem. Went to go pick it up and when I got there the place was a ghost town, closed up, nobody there. I checked its hours here on Maps and they were listed as open. I have submitted a “temporarily closed” flag for Google Maps as I’m not sure if this was just a fluke or if they are permanently closed. I would recommend calling in your orders if you try to get something from here to make sure there will be someone there. When I got back home, Seamless sent me an email saying my order could not be completed. Would’ve been nice to know right away instead of 25 minutes after placing the order.

I use to love this place. Clearly, hygiene or Covid is not a concern. The guy managing the cashier and food prep wore his mask below his chin and had the audacity to prep food with no gloves on. I was going to ask for a return but they were already half way done with my food. The managers need to make some evening visits to see how the evening shift is representing this establishment. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic I would expect someone touching food to wear gloves.

This place is nice and spacious, the meals was delicious and the prices were very affordable. fast, effective service and very welcoming waiters. I highly recommend this place.

we ordered beyond burgers & several sides on grubhub (bag of fries, onion rings & chicken bites). they didn't have any beyond burgers despite them being listed on the app & told me that they never received any order for burgers. we were also given funnel fries instead of onion rings. the staff was very nice and the food we did receive was tasty and fresh but we were really disappointed with the order mistakes and cancelations.

I placed an order on Grubhub at 9pm (Google said they close at 10pm). The order said it was received. When I went to go pick it up at 9:20pm they said they were closed and never received any Grubhub orders. And they were pretty rude about it. Thankfully I got a refund from Grubhub but this was a waste of my time

Ordered two burgers and fries... One was the "Della Rose" (surf & turf)... Shrimp was way over cooked... The other was the "Texas Jack", it was so dry. Both burgers were actually dry... As for the " bag of Fries" that's all it was nothing more than that, not all that exciting. Not worth the money imho
