I called to order a cake today and received excellent customer service from Will. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I paid in advance and picked up the order. Looks great!

I called and asked if they had birthday cake ? made out of ice scream, they didn’t know what I was talking about and later they didn’t know if they sold cakes at all. There’s a huge fridge at the entrance with cakes in them. I laughed, and then the girls there charged me $40 for a $17 cake.... don’t go here. Cold stone is around the corner.

This place is a disaster. Almost always out of ingredients. Screw up orders consistently. Ask for a dasher ..you wind up with a tuna sandwich. And forget Covid-19 precautions, the bag my dashers were delivered in, was wide open, invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on the cup has a giant hole in the top and is not sealed.

Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which must've tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an item and the other two items painted the inside of the bag the phone number was no longer in service! Tried three times, same not in service message. This place is horrible !!! Don't walk RUN away , up the block to coldstone!! Thank you grubhub for my refund, my coldstone is on the way !

i spend $12 on a stupid vanilla ice cream cup. i ordered it at 6:45 pm....i wanted a chocolate/vanilla swirl cup with pineapple topping....i get 1/2 a cup of just swirl, no pineapple.....and best part is it arrives at 7:37....so basically, i have a $12 bowl of black/white soup!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I highly suggest anybody craving ice cream....DO NOT GET IT FROM THIS INCOMPETENT FACILITY!!!! STAFF SUCKS, ORDER SUCKS, DELIVERY TIME SUCKS!!!

The employees weren’t wearing gloves when taking out my ice cream and making the milkshake.The milkshake was runny and not tasteful because it had hard chunks in it. I will not go back there again I recommend the cold stone up the street.

I came here to take advantage of the Wednesday BOGO sundae special. It was kind of warm in the store and I felt bad for the employees. It was pretty crowded in such a super small space. But overall, I'd go back again. The ice cream was delicious.

I ordered ice cream for me and a co-worker through door dash. We both chose the banana foster and indicated what kind of ice cream we wanted and what topping. My co-worker asked for vanilla soft serve and I specifically wrote chocolate soft serve and put that if it was not available to call me. I received a call a little after I placed the order to be told they didn't have banana fosters (even though it is on their menu) and that they would put everything into a large cup instead. They also said they didn't have caramel which my co-worker wanted. We asked her if we would at least get the bananas since we couldn't get what we ordered (the order came out to about $26.00 with the tax and delivery charge and tip). She informed us that they didn't have bananas either. My co-worker asked about butterscotch which again they said they didn't have. My co-worker agreed to peanut butter and hot fudge instead. Our ice creams were delivered and they were both made with vanilla ice cream and they never put the whip cream or the Bordeaux cherries that I ordered on it either (I don't eat vanilla ice cream). Obviously they never bothered to read what I wrote. I called them and told them that they did not send me what I ordered. They said to have the door dasher return it and they will make me a new one. I told them I would have to pay the delivery charge and order it again on door dash. Even though they offered to pay the delivery charge I was not going to place another order. It's bad enough that they were offering something on Door Dash that they didn't have and didn't have 1/2 the things we asked for, but they could have at least got my order right. I ate the strawberries that were in it and threw out the rest of the ice cream because I do not eat vanilla ice cream. If I could give them negative stars I would. I will never order from them again.

Always experience the following at this location: slow service, workers that obviously do not want to be there, and shortcut on the serving amount. Avoid if you can. Much better Carvel further down Atlantic Ave.

Most disorganized Carvel store I have ever seen. Premade bonnets in frozen case said to be all vanilla, on getting them home, found they were a mix of Reese's, half vanilla/ half choc, cookie dough and what not. ALL deformed and soft. And the clerk could not work the credit card for machine.
