’ve never had a worse experience with a manager in my life. I was accused of “calling the store multiple times” when in reality, I only called back because they called me first — to tell me that my cake couldn’t be made just a day before it was supposed to be ready. Now I’m left with no cake at all.
The manager was extremely rude on the phone, talking over me and acting like it was my fault. His employees clearly have no training in customer service — everyone I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. You’d think a bakery would know how to treat their customers, especially when they mess up an order this badly. I will never order from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful business.

I was walking down the street and my phone died, so I walked in here and asked to use a phone to call my mother, one of the servers let me use there phone and gave me a small cup of ice cream to cheer me up, I was having an awful day and this really helped :) thank you cold stone

Horrible customer service. I was waiting at the front ready to order and the workers saw me but chose to not take my order and kept talking to each other. I waited 10 minutes to be served and they were really rude. I will not be coming back to this place.

Recently visited to get a cake for a family member. The lady behind the counter Damiya was so helpful and had excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location. Cake was delicious too.

The ice cream here at cold Stone creamery was amazing. The customer service was ok. The two people behind the counter could have been a little more friendly. The seating is a little tight as well. I do recommend it if you really wanna have cold Stone creamery. Parking is a little tough over here as it is overall street parking. Overall it was a busy location as they had a constant customer flow!

Got home and they put the wrong order in my bag. $12 ice cream, I watched him make it, and they can’t even manage to put the right order in the bag. The incompetence annoys me SO much.
