I went to the Lynbrook location today 11/16 at roughly 1:20pm. Unfortunately the young lady behind the counter wasnt wearing a hair net. Some of her hair was on her sleeve and when she put her arms inside the frig to pull some ice cream out, she left some hair on the Salted caramel. I did tell her. She took the whole container and walked to the back. You would think at that point she would have covered her hair and cleaned off her sleeves. Disgusting. I've notified the store manager , they need a larger presence of management in this location.

EXPENSIVE!!!!! I purchased a pint of watermelon sorbet (DEE-LISH-OUS!) and a scoop of strawberry cake batter ice cream. The total was $23! Listen... I'm all for a GREAT time when it comes to food/beverages/desserts. But I must admit; I was looking for the flecks of sterling silver in the ice cream after the server told me how much I owe... WOW!!!
Would I go again? More than likely-- But fair warning... Bring your Black Card!
Parking: Very strange parking situation in that area-- It's in the 5 corners area of the town. So be careful/make certain you're going the right way as two of the streets are one-way running north and south... and the main avenue runs east and west.

I love it here. I always order the dough for it ice cream, my absolute fav, but TWICE NOW it has been messed up. the first time it was just cookie dough ice cream with sprinkles….. hello???? then the next time I asked for the dough for it ice cream and she put PEANUT BUTTER CUPS IN IT???!?!!?!? i’m distraught. anyways, it’s still a great place and I will be returning, but just get my order right bro

Regrettably, my recent encounter with Cold Stone Creamery left much to be desired. Despite their posted operating hours, upon my arrival to pick up an order, I witnessed an individual who wasn't even stationed at the front hastily close the door as I approached to park. To make matters worst, the staff inside saw my arrival yet still elected to shut the door, leaving me stranded outside in the rain. Despite my attempts to signal the individual closing the door, I was blatantly ignored, despite the clear visibility of my presence directly in front of them. This blatant disregard for customer consideration, particularly when there was no indication of imminent closure, was profoundly unprofessional and left me feeling thoroughly disheartened. As someone seeking to support their business by fulfilling an order, encountering such dismissive behavior was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope they prioritize enhancing their customer service and communication protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Parking: Parking is conveniently available right outside the doors on the street. However, please be mindful that metered parking fees may vary depending on the time of your arrival.

THIS HAS TO BE THE FLAGSHIP. I caught a late night movies at Regal theater, directly across the street, and my friend and I decided to get a sweet treat. Now I’ve been to many of cold stone before , in and out of town, BUT! This has to be the flagship store! The amount of flavors and topping is INSANE!!!!!!! Upon order at 11pm at night, I counted 40 different flavors of ice cream. To add to our heart attack there was a PLETHORA OF TOPPINGS and Bowls I haven’t seen anywhere else. Now I was in the mood for chocolate and cherry and asked for cherry toppings. Just when I thought I was in cold stone ice cream heaven, I was granted access to the upper echelon of experiences when the cashier asked if I wanted cherries OR CHERRY PIE FILLING!!! (my eyes widened, I know they widened lol). So along with all those toppings you never see stacked at most cold stones, they have a nerve to have a secret menu of toppings (please ask) . I had cheesecake ice cream, chocolate brownie, cherry pie filling, with graham cracker crust ( A GOD DAMN DREAM!) . The pie filling was soo good, a must try!! The service was great, they store is open late, and located conveniently at five corners in Lynbrook. This place is absolutely amazing and an ice cream lovers dream. 10/10

Rude employees didn’t want to do ice cream mixes half hour before closing time. There was no sign at the door saying after a certain time they can’t mix toppings, or mixtures. Need to have a sign at the door not make up rules as they want.
