Rude employees didn’t want to do ice cream mixes half hour before closing time. There was no sign at the door saying after a certain time they can’t mix toppings, or mixtures. Need to have a sign at the door not make up rules as they want.

I'm allergic to peanuts and asked to have a different spoon used for my order. Male employee rolled his eyes at me and had an attitude before going to the back to prepare my order. However he took so long and it seemed suspicious. So I walked out.

I visited this location yesterday and was disappointed to experience racism over ice cream. The staff saw me waiting to be helped with my order, and then a white group of kids with a white male chaperone comes and staff attempted to take their order when I was there first. I had to speak up and say "I was standing here first" then the girl had the nerve to be polite while taking my order as if she didn't know what she was doing. The other Black female staff just stared at me and didn't care. Very disappointed and won't come to this location again.

The ice cream is always great but the service was not. We went in this last thursday (April 13th) at around 9:30pm, and the e girl that was working with us had a very bad attitude. She did not look happy to be there and was very dry and snippy with us. When asking for a cone and size she was very rudely asking about the size I wanted because I did not know the cones came in different sizes. Overall she was not at all a people person and was not pleasant
