I wanted to give 3 stars but the employees were nice and the overall atmosphere/set-up of the menu was convenient. Very good pricing transparency too between the standard and premium donuts. They also have a donut bar.My friends have commented favorably on the rainbow cookie donut although they did not have that this weekend. I had the black and white plus the cinnamon bun while my partner got the Boston cream and the maple bacon. They were good overall. However, the presentation/structure of the donuts were less than ideal. Prices were good (base $3.50) but the Boston cream was basically two holed donuts with cream slathered in between. This was very awkward and difficult to eat. The cinnamon roll donut based on the photo looked like it was a solid one and not a holed pastry. They pipe the cinnamon icing over the hole. I found it too sweet and the ratio of pastry to icing is off given the fact it's done on top of the hole. They should utilize the donut shape without the hole for some of these flavors instead of doing it on top, since this leads to a full bite of icing.Donuts otherwise were good and excellent flavor assortment. I just would recommend they change how they structure the donuts with more icing!Parking can be tough around here since it's by the train station. Would likely need to pay for it on the meter without a permit.

To keep it simple, I love the strong variety of donuts here(esp fruity pebble and dulce de Leche)and the way they gently place them in the box and neatly handle them. Plus the staff was sweet and awesome, esp the red head girl.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but the doughnuts.... Arnt doughnuts. We purchased 3 and they were all different flavors, taste wasn't bad but it broke and didn't hold up as a doughnut. It seems as if they use muffin batter and a doughnut. So long story short it isn't horrible but not what I expected.

The donuts are delicious! They have unique flavors and they aren't too sweet. Their hot chocolate is very yummy as well.

Im a big dessert and doughnut person. Im from the city where theres tons of great doughnut spots. I wanted to give this place a try. Normally I wouldnt walk in any buisness with an OLOGY at the end but didnt want to judge a business by its name. As soon as I walked it the store smelt like PURE BASEMENT. I knew it was a sign but continued to purchase and try them out. The doughnuts looked sad upon purchasing two with a coffee. I come home and I kid you not " the plastic coffee lid and devil dog doughnut" taste like basement. Something is oddly wrong with this place. Something is off. I swallowed one bite of the doughnut snd sipped my coffee telling my partner it all taste like basement. He looked at me and said "thats why I walked in there with you and didnt order anything". How do you fix this...I have no idea. $20 down the drain or shall I say down the basement. Everything literally reeks basement and if Its reeked into a coffee lid there is obviously something wrong with the store. Not returning. Sorry!

Doughnuts with flair. Haven't found a favorite yet but it's all very appealing. Purchasing later in the day, doughnuts were a bit stale.

Placed an order for pick up hours before we got to the store. When we arrived it was not ready. Thankfully they were able to make them quickly.

This place is so cute and the doughnuts are amazing! It's almost dangerous that I live so close to it because I have to stop myself from going everyday. You can order a donut from their pre-created list or you can make your own. I highly recommend this place, it is delicious!!

Donuts were fresh. I went in on Thanksgiving morning. It was empty. The staff very attentive and friendly. The visit was great. A home run for Doughology.

Loved this place! Recommend by a friend of my husband, we decided to try these fancy donuts bcos my son loves them! Located right at the corner of a busy street, parking can be tricky but the shop is aesthetically pleasing and the staff courteous. We ordered 6 of their signature donuts to our liking and I loved the strawberry crumble( as recommended by the lady at the counter). My son loved his confetti donut and enjoyed playing the Tic tac toe at the front foyer seating. The donuts are made fresh everyday, very soft and their signature toppings really scrumptious.Overall very happy and would definitely be back to try more flavors.

The donuts are just okay! To be fair, I chose some pretty plain flavors (cinnamon, glaze, and Boston cream) but from those I was able to gauge the quality of ingredients and prep.Again, the cinnamon and glaze are okay. The Boston cream was inedible. I was shocked that they used a canned pudding instead of an actual custard or barbarian cream.I know it's more work, but it is so worth it.But we are definitely in an age where businesses are put in a position to take so many short cuts.To the leadership, just know that there are some people that would appreciate higher quality products.I wish something at your location would have stopped me from driving to Donut Plant.....but to Donut Plant I go. Quality of ingredients and preparation are unmatched.

They customize donut toppings here, so it's an interesting service model, so 5/5 for service. They have a menu as well. I gave them a 3/5 for food because although the donuts taste good, and are not cloying sweet, I've had better taste and textural experiences at Krispy Kreme, to the point that I order glazed donuts as a litmus test at all donut shops.
