Something special about this DD. The employees are helpful even when there aren’t enough of them around. One of them with colored hair was nice enough to hold my order because the app order was wrong and quickly made it when I got there. Another stepped in to help another on food prep because the orders were backed up, and without some telling them. Don’t see that much these days.

Ordering at midnight they don’t pay attention to your Ubereats order, coffee was so dark this is the 3rd time this happened.

Very clean, new looking Dunkin location on Sunrise Highway. Parking lot is usually very crowded so I park on the street. Place was packed with mobile and counter orders. The three employees were working very hard to fulfill orders but needed more help. Two stars for atmosphere due to the impatient customers. Very uncomfortable wait. I thought they were gonna blow. These people need to learn to read. I have an unusual standard order but not complex. Every place questions it (Ice Tea with cream and sugar - don't knock it till you try it!) They told my wife she ordered wrong, then she corrected them and had to correct them 3 more times. Anyway, she ordered herself a Latte with OAT milk. They gave her regular milk. she has a lactose issue, her stomach will now be a mess for the next 24 to 36 hours. Why cant you just follow simple directions?

I don't always post reviews but I wanted to for this Dunkin .. now just being honest here, Dunkin in NY is never that great. I always have problems with mostly every Dunkin I go to.. they don't make ny drink right and they don't listen to the specifics etc etc. this Dunkin location is literally the only one that ever gets my drink right and makes it the way I ask. They always have fresh donuts and food. Where every other Dunkin the donuts are all hard by afternoon.. I come all the way to this location from queens or garden city, I don't go to any other Dunkin cus it isn't worth the headache. Just go to this one !

Most rude people work here. Used to be great. Two young girls behind counter,no eye contact ,no hi hello can I help you ....nothing. if you are going to work doing a good service and see customers close up your job is to be friendly even if you have to fake it. My drink was supposed to have whipped cream didn't I asked for it and the girl still didn't speak !!!! Omg quit already if you hate your job.
