Placed a mobile order at the wrong Dunkin’ by mistake and went to the correct location right away to explain. The employee wouldn’t help at all and I ended up paying twice for the same drink. Very disappointing customer service, especially for a regular customer.

Great food .Terrible at Instructions. I had came to Dunkin because I saw the new wicked refresher and I was so excited. I immediately ordered the wicked refresher and so did my friend I got the berry sangria instead of the wicked refresher, which is not what I paid for I complained and I kept getting the same drink over and over for day. It happened the next day when I came back and I was genuinely pissed. I started screaming and complaining like a Karen because I was genuinely mad and I got my drink, but it shouldn’t have taken that long for them to simply make it right do better Also, when I did get my drink, it tasted like straight water, which doesn’t make sense cause I’ve had to drink before.

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I was just trying to order a damn donut and these guys kicked me out because some darn kids were yelling and I GOT KICKED OUT WITH THEM! its the little short indian man who looks about 60 and hes very grumpy and DIS-RE-SPECT-FUL !!!!!!!!! he is very rude and i want administration investigating them immediately! ONE STAR!

I purchased a cold brew with cold foam that was so watered down. It was nearly transparent. When I dressed my issue with how light this coffee was, they refused to acknowledge it was even an issue and pretended like I was crazy. Instead of offering to exchange or even replace, they kept insisting that that’s the way the coffee looks as though I have no clue what I’m talking about. My conclusion could be that these people believe I’m stupid and don’t care about service. Do not go here.

No outlet, expressed emergency waiting here and they still bugged me after I told man that tell guy that I'm dealing with fam emergency, tell him to stop talking to me, they still tell us to leave at 7 mins before closing and still there lights on with us on cold in emergency watching them 🐖
