I used to order Thai food (pineapple fried rice and curry puffs) when I lived in the city. I could never find a place to measure up, until I found Get Thai Takeaway! Always delicious and always fresh!! The best.

This is our local go to spot for Thai takeout. Everything is always tasty, on time, and hot.
I was in route to another Thai restaurant and came across this place first and then I decided to make a U-turn and go in and get some drunken noodles.
The place was so beautiful and the staff was so friendly and welcoming I also love the atmosphere and ambience it has a dine in option,
However I just came in for takeout.
The food is made to order and they ask what level of spice would you like. Which is what I love the most,
The portions are great enough to feed 2/ people,
I also like the fact that they make everything fresh and it doesn’t take long for the food to be cooked.
I was so impressed with this restaurant that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!!!
I ordered the chicken drunken noodles and I had them before from California to all over NYC and this place reigns supreme.
Give them a try and thank me later!!
This is my new favorite gem.
Gonna be back sooner than later.

The woman at the front was not very friendly. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She placed my food in a brown bag without handles, and when I asked for one with handles, she handed me the unopened plastic bag and had me transfer it myself. I found that to be quite rude.

Not overly sweet or greasy or overcooked. Reasonable portions. Attention paid to special requests. Fans of bulky “Thai-nese” may not be fans. Sauces and broths not thickened or goopy. No chinese roast pork. If you value carefully prepared food w/ layered aromas and texture, you will appreciate this. And fast. Very fast!

Food was ok. Curry puffs are really good. Chicken wings are basically the bulk wingettes you get in a bag from Costco, not very authentic but maybe bc who buys wings from Thai?? The Thai curries are tasty but mostly vegetables and gravy and very little meat included. For the amount we paid the portions were small.
The worst Pad Thai I have ever tried. The noodles were very dry and little seasoning. The 4 shrimp that you have to pay extra to even get, were over cooked and rubbery.

Pas See Ew was so spicy i had to throw it out. Should be marked spicy on the menu. If it was i would have asked for mild or no spice. In my experience Pad Kee Mao is spicy and Pad See Ew is not. Will not be back.

The Thai food here is absolutely delicious, and I love the authentic flavors. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, Pad Kra Pao, and dumplings—they were so good that I ended up ordering extra to take home. For me, the service was quick and efficient.

I ordered 3 food. The amount of food was 2/3size. Only 'Chicken pad thai' was full size. Also the food wasn't good.. I thought all food taste was Chinese food, not Thai food.
