Great service and atmosphere, but the coffee is inconsistent. I used to get such great iced lattes from here consistently, but had to stop, because depending on the barista, it would just taste too different each time. Wish it were different, because I enjoyed this local spot.

Coffee was lukewarm at first and tasted bad. I got a replacement and the new one was still so waterly that it was undrinkable.

My partners matcha latte was very waterly too. Would not recommend to order any drinks here....
Ambience is good .... But not enough to amend the beverage quality

A coffeeshop that is so close to being five stars!

A cozy coffeeshop with good coffee, comfortable couches for talking and reading, and a long wooden table for some laptop work, and some games and a bookshelf if you're interested.

Some things it needs to work on:
• There were some flies behind the counter. Would be good to see if there's a way to get rid of them and away from the food.
• Long wooden table is a little sticky. I brought some of my own wipes when I travel and I tried wiping it down myself; that just made things worse. 😔

Tho I really love the coffee and staff here
Super sweet staff.
I do see this place always understaffed
It takes me 20 minutes to get a coffee and pastry from here
And this isn’t the employee’s fault because I do see them working super fast and trying the best
Management needs to hire more staff .
Other than that the pastries are truly terrific and coffee is delicious
And its so cozy and comfy to sit down here too

Love this place, such a nice spot to sit and have a cup of coffee. The almond croissants are incredible!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Great coffee shop!! Real lattes and cappuccinos over here . Note: big skill gap among baristas. Everyone is very friendly .

I've tried ground central quite a few times over the years and I've been disappointed every time. Over priced for mediocre coffee. Cute space with very friendly staff but the coffee is always a let down.

This place is always full, and for very good reason. It might not have as much drink variety as Starbucks, but its atmosphere and service are superb and unmatched. You truly feel at home here.

LOVE this coffee shop!!! The baristas are great and very friendly, the coffee is outstanding and the environment is cozy! They also have open mics the second Sunday of every month and the talent that performs there is outstanding. Nico Padden hosts these open mics and she is warm, welcoming, encouraging and energetic. She’s also super talented herself, playing guitar and singing! Highly recommend Ground Central any day, but don’t miss these open mics!!!
