I love this place! I got welcomed in with a big smile and my order took like 2min to get ready. The ambiance inside is so warm. DEFINITELY a place I recommend to go pick up a coffee!

Regarding the store in Manhattan on 6 1/2. Absolutely horrid service, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I've been coming in every morning when they open at 630a. Today same deal but I wanted a croissant with my espresso. I didn't see any on the display but I knew they were in the boxes on the counter that hadn't yet been taken out. Woman said only what was out on display in a condescending tone. I paid for my coffee and less than 5 minutes later she decided to take them out of the box and put them on display. Woman was the heavy set one with her hair in a bun. Never again.

Coffee isn’t too great. It looks like you’re paying a lot for the decorations inside. Skip this place and head to a Dunkin nearby you.

Great place for coffee and a small pastry.

Prices are very fair for the drinks. True coffee sizes as well; they are not selling oversized watered down drinks.

I was disappointed when they served two people before me even though I was first to order. The two people served before me were regulars and the staff knew them by name. That was frustrating. I even tipped them cash…

Great atmosphere.Books and board games available. Community atmosphere in a tiny mall. Respectable service. Not much food choices. The mocha was good and the croissant and banana muffin was excellent

Went on Thursday at 7:30pm they locked the door for the day. Where on the door it says 9pm. Then they should change the sign on the door.

This is a proper coffee shop! It’s such a wonderful atmosphere.

Great service and atmosphere, but the coffee is inconsistent. I used to get such great iced lattes from here consistently, but had to stop, because depending on the barista, it would just taste too different each time. Wish it were different, because I enjoyed this local spot.

Coffee was lukewarm at first and tasted bad. I got a replacement and the new one was still so waterly that it was undrinkable.

My partners matcha latte was very waterly too. Would not recommend to order any drinks here....
Ambience is good .... But not enough to amend the beverage quality

A coffeeshop that is so close to being five stars!

A cozy coffeeshop with good coffee, comfortable couches for talking and reading, and a long wooden table for some laptop work, and some games and a bookshelf if you're interested.

Some things it needs to work on:
• There were some flies behind the counter. Would be good to see if there's a way to get rid of them and away from the food.
• Long wooden table is a little sticky. I brought some of my own wipes when I travel and I tried wiping it down myself; that just made things worse. 😔
