Cute spot, convenient and fast. The lady who took my order was friendly and very helpful. The younger woman who served the coffee wasn’t really rude but was far from friendly. Above all the coffee was weak and watery. Kid stuff

It’s cool their coffee has flavors but it’s very artificial. Also overpriced. $5 for medium coffee.I also do agree that people of color are treated differently here. That is just normal in East Rockaway.

I've had better coffee from Dunkin. Depending on who makes the coffee, it can be good or just okay. No consistency. I've tried a few different flavors, hoping it would be better, and unfortunately not.

It’s unfortunate because the coffee is good here but the establishment lacks humanity and basic customer service skills.

I wanted to love this place but on numerous occasions have been met with rudeness, short snappy comments, and a negative attitude. On occasions when I’m not the only customer in the store, there is a palpable difference in how customers of color are treated compared to their white presenting peers. In 2024 this behavior is disappointing.

Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the coffee is amazing. But that’s all.. the employees I have encountered here have the most disgusting attitude. Like im inconveniencing them by going to get my favorite coffee. Instead of being welcoming like they use to be. They look annoyed that im there.

Went in for the first time a week ago after hearing great things from friends and seen on instagram. i ordered one of the specialty drinks posted on their instagram for February and the two women at the counter were confused and immediately agitated. I showed them the post that said what was in it and she kept saying “no one told us they were up” to which i said “it’s not a problem! it’s not your fault no one told you”. the other woman kept complaining and i told her the post has only been up for an hour if that makes them feel any better. she then started saying “yeah but doesn’t it say vote for your favorite?” which it didn’t it just was a posting of the new specials. coffee came out with an eye roll, got to my car and tasted it. burnt. even with milk, sugar, and three flavors in it it’s burnt iced coffee. i would have asked them to remake it but i feel like that would have caused another issue. i don’t care if management messed up and didn’t relay a message. it’s not my fault, i shouldn’t be the one catching attitude and a burnt coffee for it.

I'm a big coffee lover, so I'm always on the lookout for new and great places to get my caffeine fix. The coffee is absolutely delicious. They use high-quality beans and roast them to perfection. I usually get a cappuccino, and it was one of the best I've ever had.The atmosphere is also great. The shop is cozy and inviting, with a warm and friendly vibe. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.Overall, I highly recommend Red Label Coffee to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

As soon as we walked in we knew it would fail. Girl at register was unwelcoming had a slight attitude and looked liked she didnt want to be there. Had about 100 coffee flavors for iced coffee and only offered 5 flavored hot thermoses. Sunday afternoon Its raining and 54 degrees. Ordered one iced and one hot. The chocolate raspberry hot was NOT hot and didnt taste fresh. The iced was blah and barely had flavor. I LOVE LOVE COFFEE and been everywhere but this Place left bad taste in more ways than one. You only have one chance to make a good impression.
