The major problem at this location is the service here. It's bad. Especially when busy, it seems to be always understaffed. I ordered a Big Kahuna cheesesteak at 2:54 P.M. EST on a Wednesday for in store pick up, didn't receive my food and requested a refund at 3:45 P.M. EST. And the kicker? When I requested the refund, the manager came up to the register, saw my ticket on the line, then went back to the grill area to grab my sandwich that was apparently done but wrapped and just sitting there for who knows how long, and tried to actually give it to me. Unreal, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I stood firm on the refund. You're not going to serve me some lukewarm sandwich that's been laying on your counter because you forgot to give it to me, the customer.
I've been to this specific location several times, and I see why, compared to other Jersey Mike's locations, this one in particular has such a low rating. I love Jersey Mike's, but I'll be avoiding this particular store location going forward.

Feel bad for the poor employees. It seems as though they are always overwhelmed by the number of orders they need to fulfill. Manager Kyle need to step in more to provide help, or they need to hire additional staff. Hope they can improve this issue.

07/03/2025 6:30pm: they either need to hire some help or maybe the manager should help out as the dinner rush is coming in. the line was to the door and the 3 people working were flustered with in-store and the amount of online orders, subsequently my sandwiches had errors. nothing inedible, just simple mistakes that aren’t usually made when i come to this location.

They make some of the most scrumptious mouthwatering sandwiches I have ever had!!! With that said…I can tell their staff does not get along and it was obvious there was some tension there. Come on people!!! Unhappy people cannot make food… please get it together and work TOGETHER! If a customer can witness this within 2 mins, there is a serious problem

Jersey Mike's Subs in Lawrence is a local favorite for a reason! I have friends who absolutely love going there and can’t stop talking about how fresh the food always is. Every sandwich is made right in front of you with high-quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference. Even when there’s a line, it’s totally worth the wait because you know you’re getting a delicious, satisfying meal. The prices are just right—not too expensive, but the portions and flavor make it feel like a great deal. It’s our go-to spot for subs, and it definitely earns five stars!

I just went to the Jersey mikes in lynbrook and I must say the service was extremely slow and when I asked you speak with a mrg. they said his wasn't there. I told them that the work station Was very dirty, he started giving me excuses that they were very busy. THERE IS NO EXCUSE HAVING A MESSY/DIRTY WORK STATION EVER!!!! SOONER OR LATER SOMEONE'S GOING TO CALL THE BOARD OF HEALTH ON THEM !!!!

We order from this place on uber eats pretty frequently and they almost always mess up the order. We pay $3 for extra cheese and don’t get extra. We order our sandwiches with no mayo and 4/5 times it comes with mayo still. And today my sandwich showed up like this??? A disgusting mess with the paper ripping because it’s literally sopping wet. I don’t even know how I am supposed to eat it. It’s annoying because when we go in person they seem to be really nice and the sandwiches are always great, but whenever we order online it’s sloppy and not very well to put together. I’ve complained to Uber Eats about it a couple of times, but now it looks like I just complain about every order so they’ve stopped giving me refunds. Please take your online orders more seriously!!!!

Went here today 11-21-24 first off customer service sucks guy makes half sandwich sits it down then walks away other lady at register calls another customer that was sitting down over to counter then services her before me and I'm standing there stood there for maybe ten minutes while lady figured out if the water at the counter was hers then proceeds to finish making her sandwich as if I'm not standing there if I could give zero stars I would
